Perfetto per vivere il cuore di Cagliari

Pro: Il loft è molto bello e strutturato bene, sorge nel cuore del quartiere Castello e quindi è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro e le varie attrazioni. Andrea è molto preciso e puntuale nelle informazioni.

Contro: Nulla.

Pro: Ambiente pulito, ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Cagliari

Sentirsi a casa nel cuore di Cagliari

Pro: Andrea, il proprietario, é molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura, di minute dimensioni, é accogliente, ben arredata e soprattutto é munita di tutto il necessario.Il letto, da una piazza e mezzo, é comodissimo.

Contro: Per questioni di spazio, il bagno é di dimensioni ridotte, ma non genera particolari problemi.

Pro: Ottima posizione , Loft molto Carino e accogliente , pulito .. lo consiglio assolutamente

Pro: Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment, perfect for spending the days in the city and relaxing here in the evening after a long day.

Pro: The apartment is very freshly renovated and very clean, all well equipped and comfortable. The location is really great, but you must like walking up the hill.

Contro: There are no windows - look closely at the pictures! I did not mind it after all because the indoor is very well lit :)

Pro: Andrea was lovely and accommodating host. Properly is nice and compact, close to the city centre.

Pro: Loft La Torre is a perfect place to stay especially because of its location! It is so easy to walk a few meters to a bar/restaurants and many shops that are almost a stone throw away, and is close to so many cultural attractions that you could be interested in. The place is very cozy and can be good for a group of 4 if it were just a place for rest, but definitely perfect for a couple. Andrea is a very good responsive host and he keeps the place very clean, his loft is a place I definitely think you wont regret!

Contro: Nothing we really disliked but we agree with other reviews that the soundproofing is not really good, you can hear people chatting as they walk past and cars/mopeds are extra loud when they drive past and vice versa with our voices being heard on the street - this was not a problem for my partner and I, but just a pre-warning to those who may find it irritating or for those who possibly snore a house down. If you are foreign to tight European streets like I am, accessing the address via car is very difficult with tight turns through narrow streets and is best to park at the paid parking lot located at Via Cammino Nuovo and to walk up hill to the property (parking on the streets near the loft is for residents only) otherwise you’ll be fine!
