Immersa nel verde

Pro: Casa vacanze immersa nel verde, in piena campagna. Ad un quarto d'ora di macchina c'è il mare ( porto pino e porto botte) e i servizi utili ( supermercato, caseificio, cantina sociale ecc ecc) Ideale per famiglie in quanto in casa c'è l'occorrente per cucinare e godersi la tranquillità del tipico paese di campagna Sardo. Il signor Umberto, responsabile della struttura, sempre disponibile per le esigenze. Casa pulitissima, camere comode e spaziose e una veranda aperta enorme per la convivialità. Ideale per le vacanze estive senza essere nel caos dei paesi di mare. Nel mio caso , utile per essere vicino ai parenti ma avere l'indipendenza che non avrei avuto in albergo.

Soggiorno rilassante e confortevole

Pro: Siamo stati alcuni gg in questa piacevole, ampia e confortevole dimora. Il soggiorno è stato rilassante e splendido, il proprietario si è contraddistinto per la sua straordinaria accoglienza anche nelle vesti di Cicerone, fornendoci informazioni preziose e indicazioni sui luoghi di attrazione circostanti

Pro: Il signor Umberto è stato tanto gentile da aspettarci al punto d'incontro a mezzanotte (causa arrivo volo a quell'ora). Ci ha accompagnato e consegnato le chiavi, è stato molto accogliente e ci ha consigliato e aiutato durante il soggiorno. La struttura è immersa nella natura e in un posto molto tranquillo.

Pro: Amazing place, very quiet and peaceful. Umberto is an amazing, sweet guy. The place was very clean which I highly appreciate! Highly recommend!!

Pro: It felt like family with the house owner — he was very welcoming and even showed us around. We felt truly comfortable and at home. The place is very private and peaceful, away from everything, yet only about a 30-minute drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely great location for a calm and warming stay on Sardinia.

Pro: First of all the house is located in the perfectly isolated and calm location. The host was absolutely lovely during the check-in and check-out processes. The house itself is quite comfortable, quite big and has a lovely patio/garden.

Contro: Maybe the check-in process could be a little more automated, so the guests know from the very beginning that they need to call the host in order to get to the house.

Pro: Very nice, calm and relaxing place in the countryside, surrounded by olive trees, perfect spot for reaching South/West Sardina. Renting a car is very recommended. We've received a warm welcome and attention during our stay from the host, also some delicious local sweets and bread. Beds were really comfortable in the spacious bedroom.

Contro: We missed some basic stuff for a full comfort, like a comfortable coach in the kitchen area, wifi, microwave oven, water boling kettle, modern coffee machine, normal blankets as the nights were cold. We also did not have the jacuzzi unfortunately during our stay. :(

Fantastic location, excellent place to stay.

Pro: The area is stunning and the owner so helpful and welcoming. We had a fantastic time there, calm and peaceful.

Contro: Maybe the kitchen could be more equipped. We missed like basic things like salt etc

Almond and Olive dream

Pro: Umberto is the best host ever, very kind and helpful. It was a honour to meet him. His house in the middle of his beautifully maintained olive farm is a real gem. I loved the almond trees and the huge terrace. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. I hope we will be back and can book this house again...

Pro: The effect the accommodations and the hosts can have on your holiday is incredible. Our holiday in Sardinia was memorable because of people like Signore Umberto and Alberto, who were the perfect hosts. Our interaction was lovely, they are good people, well-mannered, and very considerate. I felt good for choosing to stay at L'oliveto after each time I spoke with either of them. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. We loved the fact that it is located in a remote area, giving us the privacy and tranquility we sought for. Very clean and tidy, well equipped with everything you and your family need for the perfect holiday.
