Pro: I recommend this place with all my heart! The apartment has everything you need, it is close to the bus stop to the beach and the city if you want to walk, but most of all it has wonderful owners. I got a lot of recommendations plus my every request was fulfilled without any problem. Thank you Bénédicte and Nicolas for a super stay in Cagliari💛

Lovely apartment with a great location
Pro: We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was super clean and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. We had great communication and got some useful information (rent a car, good food suggestions, and many more). The kitchen had all the equipment (dishwasher was a big plus and there is also a washing machine), the bed was super comfortable (you also get two different pillows to choose) and the view from the balcony was lovely. The owners did a really good job with the furniture and put some extra details. The apartment is located near a botanical garden and is really peaceful, but at the same time it is only 5 minutes (walk) away from the main street where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars. The building has two elevators, so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs. I highly recommend this place if you are going to come to Cagliari.
Contro: The only negative thing is that you can sometimes hear the neighbours because the building is a bit older.

Segítőkész szállásadók és rendkívül tiszta apartman
Pro: A szállásadók rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Folyamatos kapcsolatban álltunk velük és minden kérdésünkre választ adtak. Ötleteket és étterem ajánlásokat is kaptunk. Az apartmanban a látványosságokról prospektusok is be voltak készítve ami nagyon hasznos volt Az apartman tiszta és nagyon jól felszerelt volt. Mindenre is gondoltak. Tökéletesen meg voltunk elégedve!😍 Ajánlani tudom csak!!!

Excellent du début à la fin
Pro: L’appartement était très beau, fonctionnel et bien situé. Nous avons été bien accueilli par l’hôte, Bénédicte, qui était très sympathique et qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils resto et activités ! C’était un très beau séjour je vous le recommande les yeux fermés !

Soleil, rando et plage - Appartement splendide!
Pro: Appartement superbe, très agréable et fonctionnel, agencé avec beaucoup de goût! Superbe vue sur le port, la Méditerannée et Cagliari. Appart très bien équipé, très propre. Bénédicte et Nicolas font tout pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Ils sont aux petits soins. :) Très bien situé à proximité du Cours Victor Emmanuel II qui propose plein de restaurants sympa avec tout au bout sur la place Jenne un glacier délicieux. Merci à Bénédicte pour ses informations pour pouvoir se garer près de l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à trouver de place. Merci tout particulier à Nicolas pour toutes ses suggestions de randonnée qui nous ont permis de passer de très beaux moments dans la nature sarde, que ce soit en montagne ou en marchant au bord de la mer et le long de la côte! Je recommande vivement l'appartement de Bénédicte et Nicolas!! Impossible d'être déçu.

Five star accommodation with all the comforts of home!
Pro: Located opposite the Botanical Gardens, this superbly appointed, very clean and well-equipped apartment offers exceptionally comfortable accommodation. Indeed, the entire apartment block is cleaned daily and kept to a very high standard. Although the area is largely residential, there is easy access to shops and restaurants and there is much to see locally on foot but, beware, there are a few hills! The bus service is efficient and very inexpensive and striking out to the beach by bus was very easy. Above all, our host was outstanding; she was most helpful and offered many tips and suggestions that made our stay so much more enjoyable. My wife and I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and it is our firm intention to return as soon as we are able. A most enjoyable stay in a beautiful apartment. Thank you!
