Nice clean apartment near city center. Perfect location to explore Cagliari.
Pro: Nice and comfortable apartment. Very spacious and ideally located from the city center. Parking the car in the area is impossible, so we used the MetroPARK, near the railway station. Good price and only 15 minutes walk away. We had to pick up the keys from an organisation in the vicinity of the apartment. They were very helpful and responsive, even later in th evening. Coop supermarket in the area. We also visited Poetto beach, easily reachable with the car (parking was not a problem). You can even do this fairly easily with the bus from the trainstation.
Contro: Parking in the area is impossible. Use the MetroPark, near the railway station and get your doppio on the way. Apartment is not excessively well equipped.

lovely location beside the botanical gardens
Pro: lovely area and very clean apartment . staff second to none . so helpful and responsive .
Contro: the apartment opposite looks directly in so we didn’t open the shutters at the back but it wasn’t really a problem .

Super Unterkunft, gerne wieder!
Pro: Schöne Unterkunft, toll eingerichtet. 3 Zimmer, 2 Bäder, wohn/esszimmer mit Küche. Aus 2 Zimmern, Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof. Wir waren zu 3 unterwegs, war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Check in/out hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Büro in dem wir die Schlüssel abgeholt haben, befindet sich ein paar Straßen weiter. Ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen:-)

Disfrutas mucho más de la ciudad en un buen alojamiento.
Pro: Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos andando del centro, que cuenta con amplia oferta de tiendas, restaurantes y atractivos culturales. En cuanto al apartamento, les sugeriría que pusieran más servicios de cara al desayuno (tasas, platos de postre, cucharillas, etc.). También harían falta unas tijeras y a ser posible un tostador de pan. Por lo demás, nada que objetar.
Contro: Las carencias indicadas arriba, pero que no impiden disfrutar de este excelente apartamento. El edificio es antiguo y un poco triste, pero en cuanto entras en el apartamento el cambio es total.

Pro: La ubicación es genial y es muy tranquilo. El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones y son súper cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio y parecía como nuevo. Estuve 4 noches con mi familia y muy contentos.
Contro: La cocina, a pesar de ser casi nueva y tener electrodomésticos de calidad, no tiene prácticamente cubiertos, vasos, platos... Le falta de todo, hasta el punto que tuvimos que comprar cubiertos desechables. Esto cuando viajas en familia con niños, es un inconveniente. Eso y algún pequeño electrodoméstico más (batidora, tostadora) harían un 10 a este apartamento

Pro: Apartment was netjes, schoon en ruim. Goed gerenoveerd!
Contro: Er was niet genoeg servies en wij hadden een auto gehuurd. Helaas moeilijk met parkeren in de stad.

Pro: Przestronny nowoczesny apartament.Bardzo pomocny personel..Problemu z parkowaniem nie było ponieważ na ulicy /viale Luigi Giussani/oraz skręcająca od niej w prawo w dół ulica, jest bezpłatna do parkowania a stamtąd blisko do apartamentu .
Contro: Dla 5 osób mała ilość zastawy kuchennej.Brak też zwykłej miotły czy mopa.

Heerlijk appartement
Pro: Wat een ruimte midden in de stad. Met vijf personen is het altijd weer goed zoeken. Heerlijk schoon en het centrum van de stad goed bereikbaar.
