Una vacanza per stare in serenità a due passi dal mare

Pro: Villa a due passi da una baia molto bella, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Vicino a Cala Sinzias e Costa Rei, con alcune delle spiagge più belle della Sardegna. Casa curata, con tutti i servizi necessari, come la cucina per pranzare e cenare in villa e lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ottimo davvero!

Pro: Struttura nuova a pochi metri da in baia ancora incontaminata. Pulizia eccellente e staff attento e disponibile , un caloroso saluto a Diego.

Good location some facilities need updating.

Pro: Location was perfect. Thank you very much to the hosts for the welcome pack. The kitchen appliances and the AC worked well. Recommendation for the local restaura ants were good and Diego was very helpful. Sun umbrella was a life save as most beaches were full and even though we were willing to pay none of the local organised beached had a beach umbrella to rent .

Contro: The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and we were unable to watch any steaming channels . It was frustrating and we did highlight this to the property management who did complain to the cable services provider . Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved for the duration of the stay. We did request a slightly earlier checkin as our flight came in to Cagliari by 10:30 am and we were expecting to reach the Villa by 13:00. We were informed that due to large number of changeovers on the day they can only manage a check in by 15:00. This was disappointing as when we checked out the next guests had requested an earlier checkin and the management were keen to get the property ready by 12:00 !.we checked out by 7:45am on the 12/07 anyway. There was no microwave in the kitchen . The garden is shared and the property in on the Main Street leading to Cala pira beach so there was a steady stream of tourist traffic on most days starting from 09:00 am . Other vehicles were often left parked around the accommodation surrounds as well.

Just the break we needed. Perfect for kids and elderly as long as you have a car.

Pro: Relaxing break. Beautiful location. Beach within walking distance. Management contactable and provided useful local information. The property was comfortable. Lovely rustic design. We enjoyed sitting in the garden. A car is needed to access shops.

Absolute joy. Highly recommend!

Exklusive Villa in TOP Lage und TOP Strand. Die Seele baumeln lassen, Abseits vom Trubel.

Pro: Diego war ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns das Tor aufgemacht und auch die Schlüssel übergeben. Uns wurde die gesamte Villa und Einrichtung von ihm erläutert. Auch Tipps hinsichtlich Essen gehen in der Umgebung wurden uns übermittelt. Die gesamte Villa ist so wie beschrieben. Geräumig für bis zu 5 Personen bestens geeignet. Geschützter Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der nahe gelegen TOP-Strand \

Contro: Wir haben während unseres Aufentahltes nichts zu beanstanden gehabt, außer das das WLAN defacto or Ort nicht funktionierte - aber dies im Urlaub nicht das Wichtigste sein sollte.

Pro: Hele mooie locatie, heel mooi huisje, Diego is super vriendelijk en denkt mee echt een topper !!!

Pro: Wir konnten früher einchecken und wir wurden sehr gut empfangen. Alles Wichtige wurde uns persönlich gezeigt und erklärt. Die Lage des Häuschens ist traumhaft, so wie der nah gelegene Strand. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Es gab als Willkommensgeschenk Obst und Wein👍🏻 Wir hatten Glück und konnten die Dachterrasse benutzen🙂
