Pro: Our children loved playing in the large common grounds, and made friends with the village dog Milu. Beautiful views and short drive to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to have most of our meals there. Very comfortable.
Contro: One of the chairs broke while there, as did a frying pan and the rooms were quite musty when we arrived. It was march and quite cold but once we put the heat pump on and it warmed up it was more comfortable. The bathrooms didn't have hand soap, and only one had shampoo and body wash.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location
Pro: The villa was perfect for our family of four. We could have even had another family there and not really noticed! The villa was very well equipped (I had read some reviews and expected to have to stock everything ourselves, but we didn't need to at all). Maurizio was lovely and his wife sent us lots of recommendations before we arrived. The view from the villa was amazing and only a short drive to some beautiful beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. We would love to come back again next year.
Contro: The pool was beautiful but very cold (end of October/beginning of November). It would be amazing if it could be solar heated but despite that, it was stunning and refreshing.

Definitely consider to revisit in the future
Pro: We were a group of five friends who booked the villa, and it was a fantastic experience. The villas are well-placed and arranged to ensure privacy while keeping all the facilities conveniently together. Each bedroom had a private bathroom, which was very helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even a barbecue, although we didn't find the time to use it. The market is just a 2-minute drive away, and you can find everything you need there. The beach is a 5-minute drive away, with easy parking available, making it a great spot to spend time. If you prefer not to go to the beach, the swimming pool is a perfect alternative. The pool was ideal for us, and since we visited at the end of May, it wasn't crowded at all. We enjoyed our time there.
Contro: There is a limited time for using the garbage containers, only one hour per day. I really did not understand why they locked the containers. If you are not available during that time, your garbage starts piling up at home, which leads to another problem: ants! So, don't leave anything in the kitchen, as they immediately gather on the food. The parking slots are separated by iron bars, which was a bit problematic for us since we had a transporter car. We struggled every time to enter the slot without scratching the car. A side note for everyone: the swimming pool is closed on Saturdays.

Pro: Very nice view. Spacious rooms and garden, beautiful courtyard. Extraordinary kitchen equipment. Great for a hiking trip.

Wunderschöne, stilvolle und top-ausgerüstete Anlage mit Blick aufs Meer und recht grossem Pool.
Pro: Sehr schöne Anlage und saubere und grosszügige Unterkunft. Gute Aufteilung durch unabhängige Zugänge. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in welcher man wirklich alles findet!
Contro: Zugang zur Abfallentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert und nicht immer geöffnet... Am Ende des Urlaubs wurde auf meine WhatsApp-Anfragen keine Antwort mehr gegeben.

Tolle Ferien im Süden von Sardinien
Pro: Zusammengefasst sehr gut Hatten Haus Nr. 6 - Grosse Zimmer - Bequeme Betten - Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - Gutes WLAN - Ruhige Lage - Innen und aussen Esstisch - Meersicht - Schöne Strände in der Nähe - 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschutz - Aussensofa (4Plätze) Somit alles was man für Ferien benötigt
Contro: Uns fehlte eine „Hausdockumentatinon“, wie man sie sonst vorfindet - Wann kann wo entsortgt werden - Wie was für Entsorgung trennen - WLAN Code - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Restaurant Empfehlungen - Was beim Auschecken zu tun ist Nicht als Minuspunkt sondern nur als Information: Der Pool war mit 21 Grad im Oktober zu kalt zum Baden, dafür war das Meer noch schöne 24 Grad warm.
