Pro: Viaggiato a luglio 2024 in famiglia con 2 bimbi 7 e 11 anni. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione comoda con tutte le spiagge della zona. La casa è ottimamente equipaggiata e molto curata, era come essere a casa. I proprietari sono stati estremamente accoglienti e disponibili e ci hanno fornito utili consigli sulle spiagge da vedere, le cose da fare ed i ristoranti presso cui mangiare. La casa è equipaggiata anche di tutta l'attrezzatura per la spiaggia. I bambini hanno apprezzato la piscina del complesso anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttata molto visto che il mare è meraviglioso ovunque. La macchina è indispensabile per fare la spesa e raggiungere il centro e le varie spiagge. Se non ci si vuole muovere la spiaggia di Campolongu (bellissima anche quella) è poco distante, una breve passeggiata a piedi dalla casa. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia della casa che del posto e torneremo sicuramente.

Lovely stay. Quite relaxing home. Safe and clean

Pro: Lovely spot. Exceptionally clean and quite. Incredibly well located to one of the nicest beaches in Southern Sardinia. Shared pool well maintained and has a daily lifeguard of you have little ones.

Contro: You need a car, which we did have, but a note to folks who may be undecided. As you can't really walk quickly to any restaurants. The local bin / refuse cycle is a pain and they don't always pick up which meant the need for a quick drop off at the local central refuse drop off. Not much of an issue but not what you want to have to think of on holidays.

Warming house with excellent location and extraordinary Hosts

Pro: Awesome location, 5 minute walking distance from Spiaggia di Campulongu and a quick car ride from Villasimius. Very close to some of the best beaches around. The house is very nice and has all you need. The condo has a pool you can use when not feeling like going to the beach. The decoration is very warming and we felt just like at home. House has a lovely garden outside so you can get your zen moment when at home. Huge plus was the shower with hot water in the backyard, perfect for quick baths when coming from the beach. The Hosts are a very nice Italian family, they welcomed us incredibly and were super helpful throughout our stay, advising us where to go and helping us sort out some challenges we had. They even had gifts for us upon our arrival :)

Pro: Beatufil place, comfortable house, great hospitality of owners.

Happy beach holiday place

Pro: Very well equipped Villa including beach kit(beach parasol,cooler bag etc…) We stayed very comfortable like our home. Kitchen has really everything but no worktop. there is good BBQ cooker, we enjoyed BBQ with local fish from fishmonger. We didn’t drive but we managed to go to Villasimius town for shopping, Simius beach, Giunco beach and Del Riso on foot (we’re not young couple ) Summer bus was running as well. Campulongu beach is only 5mins walk, we enjoyed going there and went swimming in the communal pool with friendly people after beach in the late afternoon everyday. The owner couple were very friendly and welcomed us also Stelly was very helpful and it was easy to communicate. Highly recommended!

Contro: The road facing the garden is very busy, so if you’re in the patio, little bit noisy.

Great family vacation in a cozy and central place.

Pro: Great hosts, very open and helpful. The accommodation is close to numerous beautiful beaches and Villasimius town.

Pro: Lovely holiday home close to many beautiful beaches.

Contro: The pool opening hours were quite restricted. You will have to have a car as you can’t walk to town or super market for food.

Sehr schöne und gepflegt Unterkunft, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! 😊

Pro: Sehr persönlich gestaltet, sehr warmherziger, freundlicher Empfang. Die Gastgeberin möchte wirklich, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen.

Contro: Pool in Anlage war am Mo leider zu (nicht unüblich in Italien), Straße direkt unter Garten relativ stark befahren, aber in der Nacht ok, Verkehr eher von 7 Uhr bis 21 Uhr.

Best holiday rental we’ve stayed at ever! Lovely host and beautiful property.

Pro: The property was perfect! Extremely clean and comfortable. Stella provided us with every amenity we could need, including snacks and a welcome basket. There was even air conditioner which was a huge plus during the summer heat. The location was perfect as well, just a short walk to a gorgeous beach.
