Ottima posizione strategica, ma silenziosa.

Pro: L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica e molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attività del centro di Cagliari. La proprietaria Paola è stata estremamente carina e gentile. Ottima pulizia e zona comodissima al centro. Lo consiglio!

Pro: Sono stata accolta con estrema gentilezza. Mi sono sentita subito a casa, pulizia perfetta e posizione ottima per visitare Cagliari. Grazie.

Rilassato nel silenzio.

Pro: L’appartamento è ben servito di tutti i negozi a due passi, La accoglienza perfetta e simpatica ti fa capire subito che anche la vicinanza è gradevole e super silenziosa, ho trascorso una settimana nel appartamento e davvero ho recuperato il sono di una vita, spazioso e elegante, senza contare che trovi da parcheggiare vicinissimo. Grazie.

Contro: Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Absolutely fantastic stay: great appartement- great host and idealy located

Pro: The flat has two big rooms with cosy beds and each a nice bath room and wc. Equipment level is high standard and everything new. We enjoyed the location very much: directly on the walking area of the center. Though we were in the hypercenter we were not impacted by noise and slept well. Everything very close: our favorite restaurants, bars terrasses, shops... Very handy to go to the Poeto beach directly by taxi (15 Min) or by buses. Rental of bikes for the nature parc and beaches is also very nice. Our host Paola is absolutely charming. She gave us a mass of information by whatsup about our stay. Knowing that we weregoing to one of the top3 restaurants of the city, she made us offer there the champagne for the apero!! We intend to start a friendship relationship with her!

Pro: I like the location most of all, friendly and polite owners.

Contro: Probably one more set of towels would be appropriate.

Great apartment in a great location

Pro: Modern apartment in a central location, with a good host. We enjoyed our stay, there’s a supermarket at the end of the road to the left of the apartment and a wonderful restaurant 5 meters to the right. We appreciated the coffee maker.

Pro: This apartment has a fantastic location. A few short steps and you are right in the center. The apartment was very clean and having 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus. My teenagers said this was their favorite place we stayed. Would definitely return.

Contro: Wish it had a washing machine.

Espectacular con una excelente estancia

Pro: Fue todo perfecto! La amabilidad de Fabiola fue increíble. Nos ayudó con todo. Nos dio una oportunidad de un check out más tarde, y nos asesoró en todo lo que fue la elección de restaurantes y cafés. Fue muy atenta también con la elección de las playas, tanto ella como su hijo Gabrielle. Volvería a elegir el alojamiento todas las veces que vuelva a Cagliari! El piso está todo reformado a nuevo, camadas muy cómodas y muy bien funcionamiento del aire. Solo puedo decir cosas buenas del lugar. Cerca de supermercado y cerca del centro de Cagliari. A cualquier persona que venga se lo recomendaré!

perfekte Wohnung mit den perfekten Gastgebern! Jederzeit wieder!

Pro: Paola war eine super nette Gastegeberin. Bei Fragen oder Tipps konnte man sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung fantastisch (ca.30 m bis zur Fussgängerzone, aber trotzem ruhig). Das Appartment war mit allem notwendigen Ausgestattet was man braucht. Es wurde an alles gedacht, von Küchenzubehör über Sonnenschirm bis zur Kühlbox für den Strand. Die neurenovierte Wohung war sehr sauber und wunderschön. Auch ein Late-Checkout war überhaupt kein Problem. Einfach super!
