Pro: La posizione. Dalla casa si può accedere direttamente al mare. La casa carina e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Il padrone di casa, Luca gentile e disponibile. Il verde attorno alla casa.

Contro: Le strade un po dissestate ma non è colpa della struttura.

Pro: Ci sarebbe da dire moltissimo, l'appartamento è a cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia molto tranquilla di sant'andrea, Luca il proprietario della struttura ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio amichevolmente e mettendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione o aiuto. L'appartamento e molto funzionale e comodo pulito e ben mantenuto. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. A pochi chilometri sia da ovest che da est,spiagge con sabbia bianchissima e mare trasparente Cagliari città ad un passo raggiungibile anche da un buon servizio autobus. Il tutto condito da gente meravigliosa che ha reso la vacanza indimenticabile. Grazie, grazie ancora

Pro: Right on the beach, calm area perfect to disconnect. Also Gianluca is the most helpful person, he made my stay even better.

Pro: A lovely private apartment 2mins from the beach. Very clean, good choice of kitchen utensils. Great wifi. Lovely terrace to sit out on. Luca is a very friendly helpful host, gave us a cold bottle of water on arrival. The swimming is beautiful off a sandy beach. Quiet a.c Close to two supermarkets, but further to a decent cafe /bar or restaurant but we were on cycles

Pro: From the garden you come out right on the beach. We had a smart little kitchen so when you like to cook a meal you have all you need. The owner Luca is usually around and more than happy to help with anything you may need.

Pro: Location is absolutely top, 50m near the beach. New and stylish interior furnishings including aircondition. Massage shower with radio. Owner is very friendly and near if you need help.

Contro: Insufficient equipment of the kitchen, e.g. missing kitchen towels, tea pot or kettle, bowls. Knifes were a bit dull.

Pro: Если вы хотите почувствовать себя местным, утром открыть калитку и выйти сразу на пляж, то это место идеально подходит! Особенно, если вам нравится чистое море и мягкий песчаный вход в воду. Наши апартаменты были на втором этаже с прекрасным балконом. Все очень удобно! Прекрасный хозяин! Также в 20 км город Кальяри с его знаменитым пляжем Poetto, в другую сторону также несколько красивейших пляжей!
