Pro: Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile a Villa Turchese! La casa è meravigliosa: spaziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutti i comfort, perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia. Le camere sono luminose e accoglienti, la cucina attrezzatissima e gli spazi esterni – con il giardino e la vista sul mare – ci hanno regalato momenti di vero relax. Un grazie speciale anche all’ospitalità impeccabile: disponibilità, gentilezza e attenzione che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa sin dal primo giorno. Consigliamo Villa Turchese a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza perfetta sul mare. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Pro: Son grand atout est l'emplacement : beau comme tout, avec ses deux jardins/vérandas, une face sud, autre face nord. Le propriétaire est très sympa et attentif.

Contro: La maison est bien, mais pas super confortable.

Pro: L’emplacement au top proche de la plage, les chambres, la vue

Contro: Le fait de devoir mettre le papier toilette dans une poubelle et ne pas pouvoir mettre aux toilettes

A comfortable villa with stunning views, surrounded by amazing beaches, and a wonderful host.

Pro: The location is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beaches of the region. It was my first time in Sardinia, and although I visited several places on the island, my favorite part of the trip was staying in Villasimius—largely thanks to this villa. It offers breathtaking views from both the front and back terraces. You can admire the turquoise sea while having your morning coffee, and at every moment the scenery is simply stunning. Antonello, the host, was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to our questions and requests. He also gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do during our vacation. I will definitely recommend this place to any family or friends who plan to visit this area of Sardinia.

Contro: There’s nothing really important to mention. Because the villa is located on higher ground, the water pressure can be a bit low, and the parking spots as well as the internal roads of the residence are a little tight. However, these are very minor details—the location itself is absolutely worth it.

Pro: Чудові краєвиди, зручності на вулиці, тераси з виглядом, душ на вулиці якщо з моря йти, сад, запах сосновими!!!

Contro: Постійно боялись щоб не забити каналізацію, напір води малий, якщо мити посуд на кухні то в душі не помитись, але це не є проблемою

Pro: Varázslatos kis apartman, hangulatos berendezéssel! A házból két különböző tengerpartra lehet rálátni csodaszép panorámával! 10 perc sétára elérhető a tenger! Antonello mindenben segített ha kérdésünk volt! Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve!😊

Absolutely fabulous! We did not want to leave!

Pro: Antonello and his wife put a lot of work and love into this amazing place and you can tell! Villa Turchese has everything you need for an amazing vacation and the hosts are easily available by text if you have any questions. The house sits beautifully on top of a hill which gives you amazing views of the Mediterranean in both directions! The public beach and beach bar are a short walk away (~5min) and can easily be reached on foot. Our two pets were also welcome at their place without hesitation. Highly recommend!

schöne Ferienwohnung mit mega Ausblick

Pro: Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber,Antonello war steht's um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht.Eine sehr schöne Wohnung auf den Hügeln.Der Ausblick von beiden Terrassen war mega schön.Morgens den Sonnenaufgang mit Meerblick und Abends den Sonnenuntergang von der großen Terrasse und mit Blick auf das Meer und den Stränden sowie den Bergen.Eine wirklich schöne Kombination.Schön ruhig gelegen. Würde ich auf jedenfall wieder buchen.Ein paar Gebrauchsspuren gibt es von den ganzen Jahren der Benutzung aber das tut dem Charm nichts ab.
