Villa Kòsmos - Piscina e Giardino - Villasimius

Pro: Casa molto bella e fornita di tutto per passare una piacevole vacanza. Situata a metà tra il mare ed il centro città.

Contro: Non abbiamo note negative.

Villa bellissima a pochi passi dal mare e dal paese

Pro: Villa nuovissima e molto comoda con tutti i confort!

We had the perfect family holiday for the 5 of us in Villa Kosmos.

Pro: The location was ideal, really close to the beach and the main part of town for dinners in the evening. It is perfectly located. The villa was lovely and the pool was great. The bikes at the property were the biggest bonus for us as it meant we could travel to the beach and in to town freely with the whole family and not have to worry about parking. We loved that they provided that for us. The hosts and contacts were really responsive and explained everything clearly. We highly recommend this property.

A private little haven in villasimius

Pro: Beautiful pool, spotlessly clean and well equiped apartment. A comfortable 10 minute walk to the beach and centre. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and we would stay again if we visit villasimius in the future

Wonderfull house in Villasimius.

Pro: We were a family of 4 and the house was perfect for us. While it looks alot bigger in the pictures, the house is quite cosy. There is a spooky level downstairs, but no one uses it. The pool is awesome, its got a jet on it if you are into doing laps. The outdoor living was great, we used it most nights ( as we didnt enjoy the local restaurants). The house is close to the city and close to the beaches ( walking to both but better by car).

Contro: The rubbish system is alot of work. There are 5 bins and you need to put each bin out every night. The instructions arent very clear on what goes in what. For the money, we'd hope for better help from the hosts.

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Kosmos

Pro: Wir haben tolle Ferien verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Pool war natürlich absolut toll. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es hat viele Pfannen, einen Backofen, Mikrowelle, draussen eine Feuerstelle zum grillieren und es hat sogar Induktionsplatten, mit denen mann draussen kochen könnte. Es hat eine Kühlbox, sogar mit Kühlakkus und es hat Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet, (jedes Zimmer hat sogar einen Fernseher), draussen hat es unter der Pergola einen grossen Esstisch, eine Lounge und vorne zum Pool sogar nochmals Sitzmöglichkeiten. Dazu hat es noch genügend Liegestühle. Als es mal geregnet hat, konnten wir trotzdem gemütlich draussen sein. Es hat sogar auch einen schönen Garten mit Kakteen, Olivenbäumen, Kräutern und vieles mehr. Mann ist in 10 Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strand mit sehr klarem Wasser, und in 10 Minuten im kleinen Städtchen Villasimius.

Contro: Nichts

Es war sehr schön.

Pro: Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben…sogar eine Kühlbox und Sonnenschirme für den Strand.
