Villasimius, vacanza indimenticabile
Pro: Posizione Ottima, 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Simius, la casa è curatissima accogliente e fresca anche in piena estate, e che dire dell'host ... Massimo e Marzia persone gentilissime .. eccezionali.

Pro: Struttura da 10 e lode! Una tipica casa con arredi sardi contornata da un giardino ed una veranda stupendi. Molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort. Cucina attrezzata (fornelli, microonde, fornetto e macchina del caffè in cialde), 2 camere (1 matrimoniale e 1 con due letti singoli), bagno con phon e doccia, ampia sala con camino e 2 comodi divani. Pulitissima e davvero luminosa! Lo spazio all' esterno è davvero confortevole con un bel tavolo grande, sdraio e salottino da esterno. Ci sono anche lavatrice, barbecue e un comodo spazio per lavare le stoviglie all' esterno. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili! Ci hanno persino fornito gli asciugamani per il mare e le cialde del caffè per la colazione! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Spero di poterci tornare molto presto!

Una settimana rilassante in una location magnifica.
Pro: Posizione fantastica a 2 passi dal mare in una zona tranquilla. Casa bella e con tutti quello che serve, grande veranda con un bel barbecue per delle belle grigliate. Grazie ancora a Massimiliano e Marzia

Stunning location
Pro: Great location. In a quiet street but then really close to stunning beaches and nice stroll into the lovely town of Villasimius. The property is very well kitted out, clean and comfortable. The host was very quick to reply to a few queries.
Contro: Just the shower could do with a little upgrading.

Cozy house with nice patio
Pro: We were met by Massimo and Marzia, who explained everything we needed to know (particulary about the waste separation and collection, which in Villasimius is the strictest I have ever seen). There was even a nice bottle of wine for us in the refrigerator. The house is very well appointed for a holiday home. It has a nice patio with comfortable outdoor furniture. From the garden with flowers, scented plants, trees, blackbirds and parrots, you can see the mountains in the distance. There is a smart tv in each of the bedrooms and another one (not smart, but perfectly fine) in the living room. There are mosquito nets at most openings, except for the entrance door and bathroom window. If you keep these closed, you might avoid a lot of painful bites (cetirizine, fenistil gel and even personal mosquito nets are highly advised). The hosts kindly let us use their beach umbrella and chairs, light enough to carry to the beach, only a few minutes' walk.
Contro: The planting and fencing provide sufficient visual separation from adjoining properties, but we could hear everything that the neighbours were doing or saying while outdoors. Not a big problem, but it was a bit of a surprise for us.

Pro: Everything! the house was really beautiful, really well equipped with everything you need! comfortable with nice amazing terrace and garden:) 2 min from the beach and 15 min from the town /cafes and markets. hosts super kind , helpful , amazing people ! we even got the wine :)

Massimo a été très agréable et efficace par message pour notre arrivée. Laausin est super, avec de l'espace à l'
Pro: La proximité avec la ville et la plage. La maison est entièrement équipée, et le nécessaire courant (huile, éponges, ...) sont à disposition. Vraiment super!

Pro: Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Das WLAN hat auch gut funktioniert und die Betten waren angenehm. Es ist nahe beim Strand und mit einem kleinen Fußweg gut ins Zentrum zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Contro: Alles prima.
