Patio on the Simius beach - 300 mt from beach

Pro: La posizione, la casa nel verde vicino alla spiaggia e al centro ma silenziosa, il patio per pranzare fuori

Pro: Stupendo appartamento con ampio patio esterno a due passi dalla spiaggia di Simius (2 minuti a piedi) Dotato di tutti i comfort ha fatto sì di averci fatto trascorrere una bellissima vacanza, ci torneremo senz’altro.

Pro: We rented the whole house, which was a big plus. The property also had a small garden, outdoor seating, a rooftop terrace with chairs, and sunbeds for relaxing – all of which we really enjoyed. Ale the accommodation is in perfect location. From beach just 2min walk and 10 from city promonade.

Contro: The accommodation met our expectations, although there are a few things in the house that could definitely be improved to enhance the overall comfort. We addressed a few issues directly with the hosts, and their response was very quick — the problems were resolved immediately. I would also like to highlight that the host immediately compensated us for the issues, as it was clear they genuinely felt sorry about them.

Great house, quiet, privacy, 10 min walk from touristical city center. Perfect!

Pro: Amazing house, right by the beach. Great with a couple of friends to have barbecues, and outdoor dinners.

Casa muito próxima da praia e local muito sossegado.

Pro: Muito próximo da excelente praia de Simius. Tem uma varanda extraordinária.

Contro: Mobiliário fraco, caixilharia das portas está velha, caminho em terra até à casa.

Ideale locatie in de mooie natuur

Pro: Ligging van het huisje was speciaal. Verdoken tussen bomen en toch vlak bij het strand. Mooie wandeling naar centrum en winkels van Villasimius

Contro: Jedine co bych vytkla byli zdi bytu,ktere by chteli vymalovat.Museli jsme posouvat postel pro syna,bylo to hodne špinavee.To stejny bylo v kuchyni i ložnici.Jinak perfektni...

Cozy house in a fabulous location next to the beach

Pro: My friend and I stayed at this house for 4 nights, and we had a fabulous time. The property is perfectly situated between the beach (5 min. walk) and the town center, Villasimius (10 min. walk). This house has a big yard, where you can park the car; cozy patio, where we had our meals and enjoyed wine in the evenings, and even a small rooftop, from where you can observe parrots and look at the sea. The host, Ernesto, was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
