Villa By The Beach

Pro: Everthing was perfect, the Villa is directly locatet at a beatiful beach, there was a plying house for children in the nice backyard and also toys for use. Maria is very friendly, she helps you with everything you ask for.

Contro: nothing!

Uitstekend verblijf maar zeer duur

Pro: Proper verblijf met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met alle voorzieningen. Handdoeken en haardroger aanwezig. Mooi gelegen in een rustige wijk aan het strand. In de buurt enkele supermarkten, tankstations en restaurants. Ligt op 15 min. rijden (auto) van het centrum van Cagliari. Airco voor verkoeling en verwarming aanwezig in elke slaapkamer + living. Vriendelijke eigenares die ons verwelkomde met een fles wijn en een zelfgemaakte specialiteit.

Contro: De prijs is heel hoog en zeker ook in het voorjaar als de temperatuur het nog niet toelaat om ten volle van het terras en strand te genieten.

Pro: The house, the property and the owner were exceptional. The house was beautiful and clean. Maria’s welcoming was spectacular - lovely fruit, homemade crostata and wine - and she met us as we arrived and explained everything we needed to know! The yard was amazing - beautiful covered eating area, sitting area and access to the beach! All exceptional!

Contro: The beach was a bit of a disappointment for us as there were four feet of rocks as you entered the water all along the beach. Once in, the bottom was sandy and the water was warm and clean. Most afternoons were exceptionally windy and the water was often so wavy that we couldn’t swim. Not sure if this was because of its location on the coast but the wind and waves weren’t ideal for a young family, to be honest.

Pro: Die Lage des Hauses ist absoluter Traum. Durch ein Türchen ist man direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus in der ersten Etage. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Hund war willkommen.

Contro: Das WLAN hat nicht gut funktioniert.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung und guter Lage.

Pro: Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, tolle Lage, super Ausstattung. Begrüßung mit Kuchen, einfach toll ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pro: Maria was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions that arose. We have rented houses all over Europe and this was hands down the best and most accommodating house we have stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basics so we could cook meals (there are several grocery stores nearby). We arrived on Easter Sunday, when all of the stores were closed and Maria had freshly baked cookies waiting for us as well as some essentials in the refrigerator like wine, beer and juice. The property is very clean with a nice amount of space. Right out the back door is the gate to the beach, it was truly perfection! There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the house for the use of the guests. Maria recommended a cooking class that we did as a family and had a great day. Overall I would recommend everyone to stay here, you won't be sorry!
