Pro: Bellissima villa in ottima posizione a pochi minuti da una grande e splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca e fine. Giardino curatissimo e vivibile, pulizia ottima, casa molto ben attrezzata fornita di tv e wifi di lenzuola e asciugamani. I proprietari Simona e Fabbio molto gentili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Perfect for families

Pro: A perfect place for family visit to Cagliari. House is absolutely wonderful - cozy, spacious and clean. There is a beautiful garden, where our children played around, and a big table on the terrace for breakfast. There is absolutely everything you might need during your visit, like you were in your own home. And of course the owners - Simona and Fabio - are the most amazing people, so warm, friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet, just by the sea, 10 mins walk to the shop and restaurants. The place is great starting pointy to visit Cagliari, which is just 20 mins away, as well as beaches and much more as Sardinia has so much to offer. We will most certainly go back and visit Villa Teresa again ❤️

Pro: Very hospitable owners . Spacious house with beautiful garden and terrace. Fully furnished with everything we wanted and even more. Barbecue area. Only short walk to the beach, supermarket and couple of restaurants.

Fabio and Simona are wonderful. Incredible reception with local food and drink waiting for us. Always in contact helping

Pro: One of the best holidays ever. Everything was perfect. The Villa is beautiful, a home from home. Everything you need is provided, from towels, BBQ and beach umbrellas!! Plenty of space in a beautiful garden. Peaceful location just metres from a gorgeous Sandy beach.

Contro: It’s perfect!

Pro: Villa Teresa is an entire property and we enjoyed our privacy. The garden of the villa is absolutely beautiful and well maintained (among others,there are 3 lemon trees). The outside shower (with warm water) is great after beach. Simona and Fabio are great hosts,we felt more than welcome, they provided everything necessary-shower gel,shampoos,kitchen paper towel,water,juice,cofee,tea,even delicious icecream for our little son😄... There are also chaise longues and a beach umbrella,children beach toys ,washing machine and dryer. We could also do barbecue. The villa is located 250 m from a beach (with sand and some stones in the water- adapted shoes needed). The villa is big with 2 bedrooms upstairs (each one has air conditionning),2 bathrooms 1 upstairs and 1 on the main floor. Air conditionning also in the living room,working very well. There are mosquitos nets on the windows,which is highly necessary😀 The villa is situated on a secondary road, there is little traffic.

Contro: The mattresses in both bedrooms are hard and uncomfortable for me ,as I have back problems and very sensitive to that. The windows are simple, glass ones for the upstairs area (bedrooms included). The furniture is old,most of it and it cracks. The doors crack also (upstairs on the bedrooms and bathroom). The washdisher doesn't work.

it was the best accommodation and hosts we have ever had

Pro: Wonderful stay with amazing hosts! Simona and Fabio welcomed us with incredible hospitality! They prepared delicious local delicacies, exquisite Sardinian wine, and various drinks, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was perfectly equipped – tea, coffee, spices, everything we needed was there. We didn’t have to rush to the supermarket because there was more than enough food and drinks. They also gave us fantastic tips for exploring the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A bonus was the clean and spacious beach just a two-minute walk away – absolutely perfect! Highly recommend, and we’d love to return

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus mit einzigartigen Gastgebern

Pro: Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem perfekt ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Haus von Simona und Fabio verbracht. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr schön, ein toll angelegter Garten mit Terrasse - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Absolut außergewöhnlich ist jedoch die Gastfreundschaft von Simona und Fabio. Sie sind keine Vermieter im herkömmlichen Sinne, sondern wirkliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und zur Begrüßung fanden wir Wein, Kuchen, sardischen Schnaps, aber auch Milch, Wasser, Kaffee... vor. Unglaublich und unübertroffen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren beide immer erreichbar, um Tipps u.ä. zu geben.

Pro: Simona und Fabio sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungsaperitif begrüßt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt für die ganze Familie braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit Orangenbäumen und vielen Pflanzen... perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus liegt nur 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich COOP (sardisches Delikatessengeschäft und gute Weine), Bushaltestelle (Besuch von Cagliari / Poetto-Strand). Unweit des Hauses warten wunderschöne Strände darauf, entdeckt zu werden (Mietwagen empfohlen).
