Pro: La casa è confortevole e ha una vista stupenda, Alessandro è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha aiutato in piú situazioni. Il bar/ristorante nel villaggio è gestito da persone squisite!

The best place to stay for a holiday in Sardinia

Pro: Everything was perfect. Localization, spectacular views of nature. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The house inside with all amenities for a holiday. The pool is big and clean, with a lifeguard. The manager Alesandro was very helpful and friendly. Next time I will choose this place for accommotion again :)

Stunning views an amazing stay.

Pro: The property was clean, well stocked and in an amazing location, just stunning. There is air conditioning throughout and it is more than big enough for a group of four adults. The pool is a good size for a small complex and parking is straight in front of the accommodation. Ale was an amazing host who was so helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to go. The walking trails from the accommodation take you to an amazing viewpoint where you can see the coastline for sunset.

Beautiful stay in an amazing location

Pro: The house is exactly as pictured. The location and view are exceptional. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, microwave, oven, gas hob, toaster and coffee machine (Lavazza capsules) in the kitchen, very efficient AC downstairs and in both bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has twin beds (on some pictures it had another double). Beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, open 9:15 am till 8pm. At the weekend it closes between 1 and 3 pm. We had several meals at the restaurant in the complex (you have to book in advance) and they were delicious with good service. The Nebida village restaurants and shops are very convenient and a 10 minute walk away. Lots of walks, beaches and activities in the area. Masua beach offers boat trips, kayaking and is next to Porto Flavia mine.

Pro: Host was very accommodating and so helpful with local area tips and waiting for us after delayed arrival

Contro: The restaurant in the holiday complex was unwelcoming and rude - a pity as it was a beautiful location and would be so convenient for guests. This is out of control of the host / apartment though

Toller Ausgangspunkt und super Blick

Pro: Super Lage mit sehr schönen Stränden in 15-30min Umgebung und unfassbar schöner Blick von der Unter bzw vom Pool

Contro: Ausstattung war überschaubar aber ok.

Super Häuschen mit perfekter Aussicht aufs Meer.

Pro: Die Aussicht und dass man von dort aus direkt mit dem Wandern entlang der beendet beeindruckenden Küste losstarten kann, war ein Traum! Das Reihenhaus war superschön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Probleme wurden sofort behoben!

Contro: Der Gemeinschaftspool lag direkt vor unserer Terrasse und es war tagsüber dementsprechend laut, aber die ruhige Pool-Atmosphäre abends dafür toll, wenn niemand mehr baden durfte.

Pro: Het uitzicht was fenomenaal. Je zit in een soort gated community met allemaal vakantiehuishes. Deze kijkt uit op het zwembad en de zee. De host Alessandro was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hij hielp ons met allemaal tips van mooie stranden in de buurt, leuke plekken om te eten en hikes die je kan maken. Je kan er prachtig wandelen in de buurt. Naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand (portu banda) is het ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen. De omgeving was heel rustig in mei en we hadden de stranden bijna voor onszelf. Het huisje zelf was ruim en had veel opbergplek en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zit een restaurant bij het zwembad, dat is na een lange dag lekker aanschuiven of genieten met een coacktail van het uitzicht.

Contro: De keuken was simpel en had net genoeg van alles. De douche wordt snel koud, maar dat is niet erg als het buiten warm is. Hou er rekening mee dat het zwembad beperkt open is.

Ein Urlaubsparadies an der Costa Verde

Pro: Toller Blick aufs Meer, schön gestaltete Anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen obwohl Pool direkt in der Nähe, schöne Terrasse, sehr netter Gastgeber (Ale), gute Ausstattung (Sonnenschirm, Terrassenmöbel, Waschmaschine, Küchenausstattung alles vorhanden), Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Haus.

Contro: Die Betten im Kinderzimmer fallen sehr klein aus, für Jugendliche kaum geeignet. Für eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern passender. WLAN funktioniert nicht zuverlässig.

Pro: Wundervolle Aussicht, sehr viele Tipps von Alessandro für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Haus liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Dorf innerhalb Nebidas, wundervoll gestaltet.

Contro: Leider konnte der Pool nicht genutzt werden, dafür wurde aber schon vor der Anreise ein Rabatt angeboten.
