Pro: La casa ha un giardino veramente ampio (con parcheggio interno incluso) con un cancello che porta direttamente sulla spiaggia, peccato solo che quest'ultima non sia delle migliori (l'acqua è sporca e piena di alghe e paglia, è infatti una zona di pesca e infondo ci sono dei pescherecci) A parte questo che nulla c'entra con la casa, posso dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e la proprietaria si è mostrata estremamente disponibile e carina per tutto il periodo di alloggio. Anche il prezzo è molto onesto.

Pro: La casa è carina ben posizionata per girare la zona a sud di Cagliari ma anche per andare a Cagliari in caso di una giornata ad es di pioggia . Vicino a supermercato e ristorante. Ottimo il corredo di stoviglie e attrezzature di cucina

Contro: C è un po’ di piccola manutenzione da fare ma sono sicuro che la faranno durante l inverno .

Un bellissimo soggiorno a Capoterra

Pro: La casa ha un giardino che si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia raggiungibile da un cancelletto. Casa molto grande e attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari. Posto auto interno. L'host è stata gentilissima e puntuale nella consegna delle chiavi. Quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e sicuro.

Pro: Bellissima casa vacanze, molto ben posizionata, vicino al mare (ha uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pocco affollata). Belle camere (molto ampie) molto curato l'arredamento e pulizia. Proprietario Michele molto gentile e disponibile. Casa con ogni comfort, c'è tutto da collazione al piccolo pronto soccorso. Veramente non manca niente,fino a piccoli particolari come un gettone per carrello per spesa. C'è posto auto,il parcheggio è un punto molto importante. Acqua e birra fresca in frigo, tutto il necessario per cucinare per collazione. Ottimo soggiorno!!! Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto 2024, viaggio con la famiglia e cane. Consiglio a tutti

Great, calm place!

Pro: This is a very nice and calm place! Especially the garden where you can sit forever, listening to the waves - the sea is at a couple of meters from the garden fence. The house is very cozy, with really everything you might need. The owner a lovely lady, always willing to help, even late at night through Whatsapp when there was a power cut. She offered us to check in early and check out late, (we didn't ask), which really accommodated us. The supermarket and pizzeria close by are a bonus.

Contro: The beach isn't maintained, or wasn't when we were there. But there a plenty of nice beaches in the neighbourhood.

Pro: It was a very comfortable holiday house. We spent Easter holidays with our two children. The house, located in a quiet gated community, provided direct access to the beach from the garden. Unfortunately, it was still chilly and windy during our stay, so we didn’t take advantage of the beach. However, it was a convenient location as a base for exploring tourist attractions in southern Sardinia, approximately 25 minutes by car from the center of Cagliari. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our family stay, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even a BBQ set in the garden. It truly was a lovely holiday house.

Pro: Nous avons séjourné 1 petite semaine et rien à dire. Super accueil de Manuela, la maison en bord de plage qui est très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nos enfants ont adoré. Encore merci Manuela nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pro: Our host, Manuela, was very helpful and responsive. She promptly attended to any issues we had, even those unrelated to the house. The location was good—quiet and right next to the sea. Although the shore in front of the house isn’t swimmable, the sound of the waves provides a wonderfully soothing backdrop. The house is conveniently located for reaching Cagliari’s best beaches, such as Nora, Pula, and Porto Pino. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and relatively well-equipped. Adding a few wine glasses and a bigger coffee maker would be appreciated. Our group of four especially enjoyed spending time in the private garden overlooking the sea, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Overall, this was an excellent stay and a wonderful way to experience Sardinia’s local charm. Another small suggestion: it would be helpful to have all the house and recycling instructions in one place, either sent by email or printed out in the house.

Contro: The shower cabin is for thin people only

Pro: Manuella nous a fourni toutes les informations en temps et en heure. Super nickel . elle a été au petit soins durant tout notre séjour nous l'avons sollicité au moins 3 fois très réactives et disponible malgré la barrière de la langue. la situation est au calme. le logement est spacieux le jardin très agréable. la plage \
