Pro: A large, spacious, and comfortable apartment on the top floor. A large terrace is accessible from the living room and one bedroom. Two bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and pillows. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. A partial sea view. The area is peaceful and quiet. Private parking is available. A large, beautiful, and clean sandy beach is just steps away (although the view was marred by factories in the distance). All windows and the terrace face east, so the sun warmed us up nicely in the morning (in November).
Contro: Poor electrical system: sometimes the main circuit breaker outside would trip two or three times a day, and I had to go outside to turn it on. It was a bit irritating.

Pro: very cozy apartment. the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. all kitchen appliances, dishes, beach accessories. the balcony overlooks the sea. it's nice to have breakfast with such a view. we rented a car on the island, so it was easy to get to all the sights from the apartment. the owner is friendly, communication was good.

Pro: This apartment building located in a closed resort area,very closely to a free wild beach, and to a brilliant restaurant.It is a good base if you wan to spend more time around Cagliari. The sun rise is beautiful from the balcon with the background of the sea and with the cottege houses and with flowers and trees.
Contro: One of the single bed was very crackling and noisy. The video instruction about the key was not realy good, the main info was cutted or not transferred by Whatsapp, so we missed that info, but we played a game who will find the key and where. :-)

Comfortable and well located
Pro: The location is great, it is close to Cagliari. The beach is at the end of the street. The rooms are good, there is enough space for your stuff. The air conditioning is great. The host is really nice. The restaurant in the next street is amazing, we ate there twice. Large markets are nearby, but there is nothing special about this village. Everything went well during our stay.
Contro: The beach is not my type with tiny little rocks and broken/smashed shells, it was sharp. It is often windy in the afternoon. The bathroom door was noisy, it should be fixed, but it is not a big deal.

Pro: Nice and well-equipped apartment close to the beach, with a view of the sea. Ideal for a family vacation. It has all the necessary appliances, convenient kitchen, large refrigerator, two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The terrace is large, with a view of the sea. Free parking space available. Convenient accommodation, allowing you to check in at non-standard times. Close to the house is a shopping center where you can do basic shopping and restaurants where you can eat deliciously.

Pro: The location is very good, 50 meters from the beach, so despite the crazy heat we were unlucky to have during our stay, it was super easy to go in the morning, come back at 11 and then go again late afternoon, with chairs and umbrellas. The hosts are very kind and accommodating.
Contro: AC is not included in the price, but we were very happy to pay extra just to have it, as we had more than 40 degrees at noon during our stay.
