Pro: Casa completa di tutto compresi detersivi per lavastoviglie lavatrice prodotti per la cura della persona wifi e divani per il totale relax i proprietari delle persone stupende ci hanno messo a disposizione barbecue e tavolo sotto le piante con veduta piscina in notturna.....piscina molto bella sdraio e lettini disponibili..la consiglio a famiglie li vicino con una piccola passeggiata ammiri oche anatre cavalli e se continui a camminare costeggiando il fiume si vedono pure i fenicotteri

Bella casa in campagna

Pro: Bella casa in campagna vicino il mare e il paese Capoterra ma anche vicino, Cagliari, Pula e le spiagge bellissime di Santa Margherita di Pula e Chia. La piscina è difronte la casa dei proprietari ma loro non hanno mai usato la piscina durante il nostro soggiorno. Bellissimi cavalli e altri animali sul terreno. Si vede che ci sono 'lavori in corso' (terreno) ma la casa è top. Cucina completa con lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, bagno con lavatrice. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.

Great comfort and fun with kids

Pro: The house and location might be on first glance off putting, mainly if you've been to a resorty style beach house before, but when you meet the warm welcome and see everything very neat and tidy and when kids, who were first shocked, tell you this is where we should come right from the beginning, you know you found THE spot.

Contro: That we didn't stay longer 😀

Pro: It was a guest cottage in a nice family farm in rural area. The hosting family was extremely welcoming, inviting us to join them in their weekend lunch with their friends resulting us having an excellent experience of the local life.

Beautiful island, lovely people!

Pro: This place was great! Full of rustic charm, the accommodation is located on a farm and is in a lovely quiet location. The hosts were amazing. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected and they were very welcoming and made sure the villa was ready for us. Wonderful swimming pool located in the owners garden that we could use at any time. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space to relax. A great base for visiting the wonderful beaches along the south coast. Chia was our favorite! Thanks for a great holiday!

Pro: La proximité, les conseils et la disponibilité des hôtes est exceptionnel! -Les équipements : tout y est, et même plus (cuisine équipée machine café clim machine à laver etc..) En immersion totale avec la vraie Sardaigne. Proche de Calgiari et de plages magnifiques. La piscine était ce que nous avions besoin pour jouer en famille. Les chevaux, le domaine, la promenade c'est authentique. Merci pour tout
