Great located and fresh apartment with all we needed, though a sketchy stairwell and old elevator.

Pro: Amazing location and the apartment itself felt new and clean.

Contro: The stairwell felt a bit sketchy and the elevator was really old so we walked to the forth floor every time, which wasn't the best experience.

Pro: If you want to spend a nice time in Cagliari this place is the best. In the kitchen you can prepare breakfast before going to the beach. Many places to eat all around.

Pro: Location is great and the apartment is clean and comfortable

Pro: Modern gestaltetes Apartment. Alles da was man braucht. Sauber. Sehr großzügig. Tolle Dachterrasse. Hervorragende Lage mitten in der Altstadt, und doch nah am Hafen. Zahlreiche Lokale rundrum. Es waren wirklich vier wunderschöne Tage

Pro: Een app van alle gemakken voorzien midden in de stad. En het bed was voortreffelijk.

Contro: Het had wat ons betreft iets schoner gemogen. Je kreeg zwarte voeten/ zolen als je op je blote voeten liep

Pro: Les appartements sont bien agencés. Nous en avions loué 2 au 5eme étage dont l’un avec une belle terrasse dont nous avons pu profiter pour dîner et même déjeuner (pas trop de soleil à l’heure du déjeuner) L’emplacement est bien. Très central.

Contro: Rien.

Pro: L’emplacement était idéal, l’appartement bien équipé et le lit très confortable.

Great stay and location, but I wouldn’t recommend booking it through Booking.com

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment during our trip to Italy. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of a lively area with restaurants, cafes, and vibrant street life just steps away. It was only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and even though it was in a pedestrian zone that required a short walk on cobblestone streets, we actually found that part of the charm. The apartment was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any needs we had.

Contro: When we arrived, another couple showed up with the same booking details for the same unit we had reserved. We had chosen this apartment specifically because the listing showed a balcony, but after contacting the host, we were moved to another unit that didn’t have one. While the host handled the situation quickly, it was disappointing. We also reached out to Booking.com for support, but didn’t receive any assistance for over 72 hours, which was frustrating since our stay was nearly over by then. Additionally, the platform didn’t let us view the exact unit details after booking, so we couldn’t confirm whether we had paid extra for a unit we didn’t end up staying in. Despite this issue, we had a great time and really loved the neighborhood. Overall, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the great location and responsive host, but due to a booking mix-up and lack of support, I don’t recommend booking this unit through Booking.com.
