Pro: Very well laid out, completed to a very high standard and very clean Despite being right on the street side it was soundproofed well and traffic did not disturb us

Contro: The kitchen area could have been stocked with a few additional cooking items, this was very limiting when trying to cook a meal Appreciate this is difficult to fix in the type of building, but we heard a lot of noise from the upstairs apartment - chairs etc scraping on the floors

Peaceful and calm environment for a break.

Pro: A lovely decorated, spacious place. Just away from the Main Street. Spacious bathroom & nice smelling toiletries. Powerful hair dryer was appreciated! Communication with staff was great- very quick replies and polite.

Contro: Only thing for us was that when you took the card out to leave the place it stopped the washing machine so we had to wait for this to be done before we could leave the house.

Pro: One of the best apartments I've ever been to. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very close to the center. Just perfect!

Pro: It was so clean, cosy and easy reach all places Very comfortable sweet mini house bathroom was amazing decorated amd clean there was also washing machine for prive beach towel washing. there was a great kitchen with all tools. I feel like Im in summer island house which I was in :) Maria was so supportive not only in Cagliari but also in all areas in Sardegna it was amazing experinece I hope I will have chance to stay in Cagliari of course in same place

Contro: Even house was in the middle of the street first floor very close to the main street there was no too much voice and there was no disturbing situation during my stay in August. Onlly my suggestion may be they could put cleaning service after 2 day accommodation to pick up the garbages and may be change the towels. THere is no area to put the garbages and we as a turist we dont know the rules of Sardegna regarding the garbage issue. That is all nothing wrong with it it was amazing

Pro: Wzorowy kontakt z właścicielem. Pełne wyposażenie obiektu. Wygoda, przestrzeń, styl. Lokalizacja idealna.

Pro: Prachtig nieuw en zeer schone ruime kamer. Heel mooi ingericht. Lokatie geweldig, echt om de hoek van de hoofdstraat met restaurants, winkels. Top!

Contro: Het is fantastisch maar als ik iets moet verzinnen? Geen parkeerplaats bij het appartement. Even zoeken naar een parkeerplaats in de buurt en opletten dat je de auto dan buiten het gebied 'limitato traffico' neerzet.
