Stupendo soggiorno

Pro: Zona buona nel centro di Villasimius, perfetta per le giratine la sera e per andare al mare. Struttura tenuta bene pulita e con tutto ciò che serve

Contro: Che alle 19.30 non si può circolare con la macchina, ma va bene perché si può camminare per i mercatini

Pro: Posizione perfetta, centrale e comoda a tutto. Il mare raggiungibile a pochi minuti di auto. Struttura nuovissima e ben tenuta, molto accogliente, gli spazi sono divisi in maniera eccezionale! Il cortiletto esterno è un valore aggiunto, avendo due bambini l'abbiamo goduto molto, soprattutto alla sera. Valentina discreta, ma molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità! Consigliatissimo!

Marvelous place, gracious hosts, thanks again!

Pro: The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They explained all we needed to know including how to separate the waste for example. Wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, everything worked great. We had one minor issue with the shower knob but it was fixed in 15 minutes, just awesome service. The location is also great, 5 meters from the main road in town where all the shops and restaurant are, and it was surprisingly quiet so we slept well. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful 3 days eating in amd out in the heart of Villasimius exploring the local beaches.

Pro: Great location to walk straight out to the main street with bare and restaurants and with easy parking nearby on a small wasteground. Close to Conan Supermarket by the roundabout. Bright and modern with homely touches. Nice little courtyard with garden furniture.

Contro: Just needs a kettle.

Pro: First, it might be useful to mention that there are two apartments at this address. La Casa dei sognatori occupies the lower floor and includes a courtyard on the right-hand side. La Casa dei naviganti is on the first floor and includes the courtyard on the left. This fact may not be obvious from the photos and description. Also, some may find it funny to relax in the Jacuzzi next to the window leading to someone else's toilet. Excellent location in the centre of the village. Insect screens in all windows. Working soundproofing. Maybe shorter beds, but comfortable mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen. Good quality washing machine. Clean air conditioning.

Contro: Valentina is nice but a bit lost and communication with her is not easy. Upon arrival, we could not reach Valentina on the phone and had to ask Holidu's agent for help. Valentina arrived after approx. 15 minutes. Unfortunately, even though our flight was heavily delayed, the apartment was not cleaned and ready to move in. Despite a filled-out reservation and subsequent confirmation, there was confusion about the number of guests. However, Valentina managed to get the apartment ready to move in within two hours. Another interesting fact is the disk station placed on the top of the closet surrounding the bed in one of the bedrooms. Especially at night, the blinking blue LED and the sounds of the working HDD and the whirring fan amplified by the cabinet gave me an experience similar to sleeping in a computer case. While the kitchen is well-equipped, it lacks food prep and cutting space, the knives were completely dull and the Nespresso coffee maker leaked. Beyond that, I can only mention common wear and tear such as a bent entry sliding-door rail or loose toilet seats.

Pro: Vi elskede det hele!!! Værelserne, gården og terrassen, de to badeværelser, de tekniske faciliteter, vores værtinde, beliggenheden - alt var bare i top! Det bedste sted i den hyggeligste by. Vi kommer stensikkert igen❤️
