Pro: Posizione unica e riservata, con una meravigliosa terrazza panoramica. La casa è dotata di tutti i comforts e la proprietaria, Isa, è molto gentile, premurosa e sempre presente per assicurarsi che il soggiorno trascorra nel migliore dei modi.

Pro: Vista fantastica sul mare di Villasimius, casa pulita e accogliente. Proprietaria molto accogliente.

Casa con vista mare meravigliosa!

Pro: Casa bellissima, una posizione con vista mare mozzafiato, la struttura pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato di trovare oltre alla biancheria per il bagno, anche due paia di infradito pulite per la casa, e sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo già presenti. Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in fresco già delle bottiglie d’acqua. Isa e Carlotta sono state presenti durante il nostro soggiorno rimanendo disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. Consiglieremo a chiunque voglia recarsi in questa zona della Sardegna di soggiornare presso Casa panoramica, perché per noi ha contribuito a rendere l’esperienza del viaggio ancora migliore!

Pro: Posizione incantevole, panoramicissima. Proprietaria gentilissima e premurosa. Tranquillità impagabile.

Pro: We LOVED our stay at Casa Panoramica! You couldn’t wish for a better view while having breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The terrace and the cozyness were so exceptional, that we actually preferred to make ourselves dinner at home, instead of going out to eat that much :) The apartment has absolutely everything you need during your stay, so it really felt like home! We also didn’t mind the 4km walk to the nearest supermarket to get groceries (of course, with a car it took under 10min). The nearest beach is only 10-15min walking distance down the hill! Carlotta and Isa were really helpful with everything and showed interest towards making us feel welcome and relaxed. 100% coming back to Casa Panoramica in the future! Thank you!

Contro: Nothing we can think of

Pro: Amazing terrace with everything you can imagine, from a huge bbq to - maybe - the shower with the best view on the whole island. The apartment is stylish and lovely decorated, the host Isa is super welcoming and nice. We enjoyed every single day and wish we could have stayed longer. See you next year again hopefully! Thanks for everything! :)

Pro: This house was perfect for our autumn holiday. Situated in a perfect location, close to beautiful beaches (one of tbe beaches is only 10 minutes walking) and Villasimius too. Cagliari airport is only 1 hour. The house is very vell equipped, the terrace is gorgeous. It has a full view to Capo Carbonara and Villasimius Marina. I think this house is perfect for a couple, or 2 adults and 2 children. You will need a car if you want to visit the area. The host Isa, and her daughter are very kind, always available to help with any questions. We loved our stay here, will definitely come back.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden exzellent betreut und informiert.

Pro: Der Ausblick ist grandios. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die Außen-Dusche mit Panoramablick ist reiner Luxus.

Contro: In dem unteren Schlafzimmer wären Moskito-Netz am Fenster wünschenswert.

Tolle Aussicht! Wunderschöne Landschaft! Tolle Strände! Wundervolle Gastgeber!

Pro: Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben den grandiosen Blick von der Terrasse genossen. Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse ist der Hammer. Zu den super Stränden Spiaggia di Porto Giunco, Spiaggia Timi Ama und Spiaggia di Simius ist es jeweils ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Hausstrand ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Minuten zu erreichen (steiler Anstieg auf dem Heimweg). Das Ferienhaus lebt vom traumhaften Blick von der großen wunderschönen Terrasse. Das Auto steht überdacht und ist durch ein Tor gesichert. Die Ausstattung mit den technischen Geräten ist neu. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist flüsterleise. Zwischen den zwei Schlafzimmern im Haus gibt es keine Türen! Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus ideal! Die Außendusche mit dem 180 Grad Panoramablick ist der Hammer. Die sehr netten Gastgeber Isa und Carlotta sind zwar nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar.

Jde vidět, že se jedna o rodinné ubytování, které se dělá s láskou a srdcem.

Pro: Fantastické místo, které vám vezme dech a nechcete odejít. Personal absolutne vstřícný.
