Beautiful views and spotlessly clean

Pro: Lucia was an excellent host. A lovely lady who had drinks and fresh fruit ready for our late arrival which was much appreciated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and even though we were on the ground floor, we still had a beautiful view of the sea and a terrace surrounded by lemon trees and flowers where the children could spot geckos, bats and the resident tortoise. A short stroll to both the local beach and the town.

Contro: Nothing, would definitely return.

Pro: We stay for a week in Villasimius with family. The facilities in the apartment (at the ground floor) were excellent for staying with 1 year old baby. The host (Lucia) was very helpful. Would recommend the place for family vacations.

Pro: Lucia, a very nice and helpful hostess. She welcomed us with fruit and Sardinian delicacies, cold drinks were also in the fridge. An ideal place for visiting the south-east of Sardinia, the house is well-kept, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Peace and quiet, an ideal place away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to supermarkets and restaurants. Everything you need in the apartment (dishwashing liquid, sponges, garbage bags, spices, etc.) We plan to come back next year. Best regards, Lucia &Enrico.

Pro: Very nice apartment with a lot of attention to decor. We loved the view on the sunny terrace and the sea from the bed. Just wonderful! Lucia (speaks english) was extremely friendly and explained us everything :) It was close on the one hand to the main street with a lot of bars and restaurants, but also quiet. Beach can be reached by foot within few minutes. Nice place to stay! We highly recommend this location!

Twee weken die we graag zouden herhalen

Pro: De accommodatie is op een prachtige, rustige en toch centrale plek gelegen. We zijn zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en het appartement voldeed aan onze wensen.

Contro: Een vaatwasser zou fijn geweest zijn. Maar die werd ook niet genoemd in de beschrijvingen.

Pro: Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage. Fussläufig in die Stadt und Strand war mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt

Ein Kleinod zum Entspannen

Pro: Der Informationsaustausch zum Check-In verlief reibungslos. Der Check-In selbst war ganz easy durch Lucia erfolgt. Das Appartment verfügt über eine wertige Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind (noch) schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zentrum mit allem, was man braucht, ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Strände drum herum sind ein Träumchen. Lucia ist ein Engel, die uns in einer Notsituation mit Ambulanz unfassbar toll geholfen hat.

Contro: Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten am Urlaubsende.

Fantastischer Meerblick und traumhafte Pergola

Pro: Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Dieses Apartment in Villasimius bot uns absolute Ruhe, und doch waren wir nur wenige Schritte von der lebhaften Hauptstraße entfernt. Das Apartment war großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Besonders beeindruckend war der fantastische Meerblick durch die Panoramafenster im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Die geräumige Pergola wurde unser Lieblingsort, wo wir abends oft bei einem Glas Wein entspannten. Lucia, unsere Gastgeberin, sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Vielen Dank, Lucia, für diese unvergessliche Zeit – wir kommen gern wieder!

Contro: Ein paar Haken mehr zum Aufhängen von Kleidungsstücken im Bad könnten nicht schaden - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau
