Pro: La villa è nuovissima e bellissima. C'è tutto ciò che può servire: sdraio per la spiaggia, ombrelloni, secchiello e giochi, borsa frigo. Giardino con barbecue e doccia solare. Veramente comoda e super fornita.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Pro: Soggiorno nella Villa Giò stato molto piacevole . Alloggio in stile moderno era perfetto ....pulitissimo con tutto necessario per fare un buon soggiorno. Tutto era studiato con attenzione nel arredare la casa . Abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità ....situato vicino la spiaggia dove si poteva ammirare il tramonto. Ci tornerei volentieri in questa casa . Grazie mille

Pro: Villa Gio' is a convenient and clean place to stay with children. Everything you could possibly need is available in the apartement and the surroundings are quiet. A very comfortable stay. The beach is immediately close by and very pleasant to go with children.

Contro: To eat something or to go to the shop, you will need a car. It's a very short drive though.

Excelent location

Pro: The apartment within the villa was exactly what you would need for a relaxed, comfortable and worry free accommodation. The kids loved the bunk bed, all items within the apartment were of good quality. 5 minutes walk to a quiet beach with a cafe available there too. Or a 20 minutes walk to another beach which was more active. Secure parking, private security within the village which was great as it was quiet when we stayed.

Pro: The location was fantastic for a leisure trip. It was less than 5 minutes walking from the beach and the property was in a calm neighbourhood and sparkling clean. Will 100% repeat in the future.

Contro: Nothing. It’s a 10/10 place to stay.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Urlaub auf Sardinien

Pro: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartement hat moderne und praktische Einrichtung. Es war mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war super. Man konnte den schönen Sandstrand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Das Restaurant und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ☀️🌊🌴

Pro: Super neues Apartment. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Zu einen kleinen Strand sogar Fußweg. Zum größeren braucht man schon ein Auto. Top Einrichtung, es ist alles da. Wir haben das Apartment für workation genutzt. Dafür war es hervorragend.

Contro: Garten nicht richtig benutzbar. Leider mussten wir um 10:00 (ergärlich) raus mit der Bitte (booking.com generierte mail), den Müll gut getrennt selbst zum Werstoffhof zu bringen. Ansonsten Gebühr. Jener öffnet aber erst um 15:00. Kann man ignorieren. Beschäftige mich im Urlaub doch nicht mit einer erweiterten Müllentsorgung
