Pro: La casa è nuovissima, con ogni comfort. Una scalinata porta alla spiaggia di Cann'e Sisa. Fabrizio è un host attento e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Pro: The villa is perfectly located next to very beautiful beaches, one of which can be reached by foot via 5 min walk via stairs and another one 5 min drive by car. There is also a fantastic restaurant/ bar/ pizzeria located directly in the small town. Fabrizio is a very guest friendly host who organized multiple things for us, and even bought a new baby bed and a high chair for our child! He responded very quickly to all our requests. We are very happy to have stayed in this beautiful villa and recommend it to anyone traveling with a family. And the view from the patio is absolutely stunning!

Pro: Excellent house, gorgeous view from the terrace, excellent beach three minutes walk away! The house has a very pleasant atmosphere, clean, cozy and comfortable! It feels like the owners ensouled each aspect! There is everything you need, even scales for the kitchen!

Pro: The apartment is amazing. We have never been at such a well equipped apartment. The only thing what what would have been nice is a baby chair four our toddler girl but we managed well without it. The view from the terrace (especially in the evenings) was breathtaking. The rooms are so spacious - perfect to play with our child. Due to our toddler we used the car to get to the beach but there would have been a footway as well. The grocery store in the neighbor hood had everything to cook delicious dinner. Next to the store is a shop where fresh fish is sold. Perfect for dinners on the terrace.

Contro: Absolutely nothing to complain about the apartment. The road is not paved so it can get a bit dusty but there is a water to wash it down. The selection of restaurants was surprisingly low. There was one very expensive restaurants in the town.

Pro: Everything 🙂 Location, equipment in apartment, access to beach. Friendly stuff.

A perfect apartment for a relaxing stay in South Sardinia

Pro: It had everything that you needed for a perfect stay from good quality appliances, tableware and utensils to thoughtful touches like beach umbrellas for guests to use. There were 2 lovely beaches walkable from the apartment and 3 restaurants. Cagliari is within easy reach for Culture and transportation links. Villasimius about 25 mins drive away for more beautiful beaches and snorkeling

Contro: The dirt roads around the complex can kick up a lot of dust, particularly on windy days

Lovely apartment close to the beach

Pro: The apartment is lovely. Fabrizio and his dad are great hosts. They are very friendly and accommodating, and always happy to help. The apartment's location is very good: it's just a short walk via some stairs to the local, sandy beach (which has two beach bars and also has sunbeds for hire). The apartment's terrace also offers a nice view of the surrounding hills and of the local beach.

Contro: A couple of tips: On Monday, various restaurants in the area are closed. Make sure to make alternative plans or research a nice place to go in advance. Also, a tip for the entrance door: Only lock the wooden door but not the glass door. It's not straightforward to open the glass door. These are really just minor details. It's is a lovely apartment.

Great owner, great property, perfect for family

Pro: This is a very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished villa with amazing views. Owner was very helpful, happy to answer all our questions, even reserved a table for us in a local restaurant. There are many beautiful beaches in the area, two of them are walking distance. Local supermarket is well stocked. We visited before the main season, end of May, so some restaurants were closed Monday to Wednesday but in the main season starting 1 June most places would be open. We can’t wait to go back.
