Pro: Non fatevi ingannare dallo stabile, l'appartamento al piano rialzato è davvero grande e bellissimo, confortevole, arredato e ristrutturato a nuovo con ottimo gusto. Completamente condizionato e fresco. Dal terrazzino c'è un'ampia e panoramica vista sul paese e sul mare. Letto comodissimo, parcheggio davanti a casa, perfetto. Ana è molto simpatica e disponibile.

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment and a wonderful host.
Pro: We had a wonderful stay in Sant'Antioco! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped — everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Ana was an exceptional host. She greeted us warmly on arrival, gave us a thoughtful welcome gift of local wine and treats, and took the time to show us around the apartment. She was also quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is conveniently located close to the town center, with easy parking nearby. While the exterior of the building is a bit dated, the apartment itself is modern, bright, and extremely comfortable inside. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
Contro: While the apartment itself was excellent, the exterior of the building doesn’t reflect the comfort inside.

Perfect holiday apartment with a stunning view
Pro: Ana’s apartment is just perfect! Very spacious and clean, and the sea view is just amazing, we can watch the sunrise from the balcony. Ana is very responsive and kind, she gave us bunch of suggestions on the restaurants and events. Best host ever and we will come back again for sure.

Fabuleux, tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour!
Pro: Appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est confortable, spacieux, calme, très propre avec une belle décoration. La récupération des clés s'est faite facilement avec Ana. Elle nous a prodigué de bons conseils pour agrémenter notre séjour. La situation est idéale, à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Je recommande vivement.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Sardinien
Pro: -Lage (fußläufig 5 Min.in die Stadt und ans Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar) -Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit (sie hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles in Ruhe erklärt und gezeigt, es gab einen sehr leckeren Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied eine sardische Brotspezialität, sowie sehr gute Tipps für die Insel und zu verschiedenen Unternehmungen auf der Insel wie z.B.Märkte) -Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus -Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer mit traumhaften Sonnenaufgängen -Waschmaschine -Wohnung sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet -2 Doppelschlafzimmer, sodass es möglich wäre die Wohnung zu 3 oder 4 zu nutzen -Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafräumen -Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern
Contro: -keine Kritik nur 2-3 kleine Tipps/Hinweise: -Wohnung/Haus hellhörig -2-3 kleinere Töpfe mit Deckel wären gut -die Messer könnten schärfer sein -Müllbeutel könnten mehr vorhanden sein, vorallen für Plastikmüll -ein zweites Geschirrhandtuch wäre praktisch -ein Gemüseschäler wäre super -eine Käsereibe hat gefehlt
