Fantastic location

Pro: Perfect location, a very short walk from the beach, a large grocery store, and a short bus/taxi ride to the city center. Very good layout, most of the furniture and equipment seemed rather new. Possible to pick up the keys from a key box at the location.

Contro: Generally this is a great apartment that I would certainly recommend with just a few small things that could be a bit better, e.g for a longer stay (6 nights) it would be great to get a change of towels since there is no washing machine; wifi was very weak, frequently not working at all; and the couch could use upgrading. The apartment was also mostly very well cleaned, except for the floors and sand on the couch.

I definitely recommend staying here, the apartment is beautiful and so close to the beach.

Pro: Amazingly located beautifully furnished apartment. The building is extremely welcoming and secure.

Contro: Everything was incredible there is nothing we didn’t like. I am extremely grateful to Valentina who met us at the airport with the keys because our flight arrived at 00:30am meaning it was too late to go to the office to collect the keys. It was helpful that there is a spare duvet in the cupboard. Extra pillows would have been good but these are very minor details.

Pro: Great location. Beachfront. Fully equipped and cozy apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

Contro: Location has limited bus access to city in early morning hours. Consider it if you are having an early flight and you are on a considering public transportation (early buses to Cagliari central bus/train station). Additional consideration is that the reservation is through third party so accordingly additional check in steps are required, as well as payment of additional safety deposit which is later returned (was returned the same day we left the apartment, but it was surprising for us at the beginning).

Pro: Ótima localização, muito perto da praia. Apartamento bem equipado e muito confortável. A equipa foi muito simpática e prestável. Ideal para umas férias descansadas.

Pro: Die Lage ist fantastisch! Sehr nah zum Strand. Auch Supermarkt und Busstop sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Bett und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Küche und Bad hat alles funktioniert. Jedes Zimmer hatte Moskito Türen und elektronische Rolladen zur Verdunkelung.

Contro: Nah zur Straße, man hört den Verkehr. Schranktüren in der Küche sehr laut beim Schließen vielleicht kleine Filz-Sticker anbringen. Fenster und Duschglas waren nicht geputzt.
