Pro: Mi è piaciuto la posizione del alloggio , zona tranquilla. Il mare dista poco, avete farmacia , bar e supermercati vicini. Invece 10 e lode per il proprietario di casa, disponibile e molto gentile e simpatico . Non vedo l’ora di ritornare il prossimo anno!! Consigliato

Very pleasant and it came out as expected.

Pro: The owner was there to hand over the keys keeping contact all the time through Watsapp, all went fast and smooth. 4 free bicycles were available in the garage which allowed us to travel within short distances and to the close by beach. Also there were two sun umbrellas made available which came in very handy since at mid-day the sun can be scorching. At arrival fresh fruits, drinks, wine, coffee pods and some food were ready, as well al several bottles of mineral water. The owner also was very fast whenever we had some requests, he also send us information on places to visit and things to do around. Fully equipped kitchen.

Contro: No disappointments. The property is as presented on the site. A bit tricky with parking, it can get busy if you arrive in the evening or night after a long trip. There is a paid street parking close by where you pay 50 cent per hour after 18.00 and until 09.00 AM the next day so we preferred to pay 1-2 euro when parking places were scarce instead of negotiating very narrow streets looking for a free place.

Pro: Everything was great. Beautiful and clean house, comfortable beds. Good location.We had a very good stay.

Pro: We had a very comfortable stay at Dolce Casa. Mariano is a very friendly host. When we arrived he provided us with all the important information and gave tips an where to eat.house had everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped. In general the house is very clean. It is located in a peaceful area, not many tourists. Not far away from Poetto Beach, accessible by walk.

Pro: The apartment was huge and well equipped with everything needed, plus coffee, water and other nice treats. It was close to the shops and bars and 15-20min walk to the beach. Free parking and quiet area. Also nice outdoor table to dine in the evening.

Contro: It was all ok. For extra comfort for guests I would add beach equipment like umbrellas, chairs, etc. It's best to have a car if you want to go to town or nearby places.

Doskonały, przestronny dom w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.

Pro: Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Autobus bardzo blisko domu. Do plaży 2 przystanki lub 15minut pieszo. Do centrum Cagliari ok 30minut autobusem. W pobliżu wiele restauracji i kawiarni. Sklep z niskimi cenami 3minuty pieszo. Duży supermarket 10-15 minut autobusem. Dom... duży, czysty wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebujesz, a jeśli czegoś nie ma, to gospodarz pomaga we wszystkich rzeczach o jakie poprosisz. Doskonały kontakt. Polecam!!!
