Pro: Ottimo appartamento a 25min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Confortevole e pulito. Climatizzato per vivere bene anche con il caldo. Davide il proprietario è stato squisito. Cordiale e disponibile nel darmi tutti i consigli per visitare i dintorni e per una permanenza ottimale in appartamento. Grazie di tutto

Beautiful apartment

Pro: It was a very spacious apartment with a surprisingly big balcony which was accesable through several doors. The apartment was very clean and the communication with Davide went smoothly and without problems. The location of the apartment is a little outside cagliari so at night there wasnt much noise and we could sleep in peace. Overall, the stay was perfect and we will definitely come back if we are in cagliari again.

Pro: The location was perfect ,close to some great restaurants,close to the beach ,the appartement was well maintained and very pretty ,I love the use of wood ,the sunroom/lounge ,the coffee machine ,it was well furnished too with laundry machine ,detergent ,coffee pods ,seasoning ,he was really helpful and very responsive too in case we needed any help and was happy to suggest good restaurants

Pro: First of all, Davide is a great host (he speaks perfect English), very helpful and providing a lot of valuable information. The apartment, decorated in a traditional style, is spacious, comfortable, very neat and fully equipped. You have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor, but it is definitely worth it. From the balcony, which runs the length of the apartment, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a solid frame and a suitably firm mattress. Nearby: store, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlor, yet it is quiet and peaceful. To Molentargius park by walk 15 minutes, to Poetto beach - 25 minutes (or 2 stops by bus from the neighboring street). Thank you Davide for a wonderful stay!

A perfect stay in Quartu Sant’Elena

Pro: This stay was just perfect! Rooftop, spacious flat with a terrace to watch sunset from. When I arrived everything was perfectly neat which I appreciate a lot. The flat has all equipment (even more than usual accomodations) and is perfectly situated, close to everything you need. Beach, parc and also shops and city center is in walking distance. Wi-fi runs perfectly if you need to work. Davide was a great host and gave me all recommendations for the area. :) I’d not change a thing and would definitely come back!
