Un piacevole soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento molto bello, ampio, accessoriato e dai tratti artistici. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato vicino al centro di Oristano con comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La stessa città di Oristano è stata un'ottima sorpresa, poiché molto viva la sera per i giovani.

Contro: Peccato per la mancanza dell'aria condizionata nella camera singola al piano superiore (il ventilatore purtroppo non sopperisce)

The hous was great but the service was missing

Pro: The property is very nice, clean and well equiped for a nice stay

Contro: It was not previeusly explain that cleaning and chanching the sheets was not included in price. We traved by plain and could not take extra sheets with us. One bedroom was not equipped with aerconditional, in August was to hot to sleep there.

Pro: Great location, very clean, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.

Contro: Apartment is equipped with one central AC in the living room only. No AC’s in the bedrooms. Only one fan for the upstairs bedroom was provided.

Nice apartment but not totally set up ready for us.

Pro: It was well presented at first. It was spacious and nicely styled. And a thoughtful gift of a stylish necklace from the owner. Parking nearby was quite easy. The best places to see are a short drive from Oristano namely Tharros. And stunning archeological museum in Cabras.

Contro: When we arrived there was no toilet paper, no soap in bathroom, no laundry detergent , the wifi wasn’t working and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. So we bought some disinfectant to put down the toilet and sink. And that worked. There is a terrace but no outlook at all so didn’t use it. We were greeted by a very friendly person who did his best to rectify and set us up properly.

Excellent apartment and very happy to recommend it

Pro: Great location - right near the centre, comfortable beds with good linen; very clean and the host was extremely responsive and helpful; parking was close and also relatively easy in a car park behind the apartment. The owner is an artist and we received a hand made necklace as a gift for staying - really lovely.

Contro: The wifi wasn’t working very well but it is has been reported and should be fixed.

Pro: Everything about the property was fantastic! Giovanni in particular went out of his way to ensure we had a great time and all of his many tips worked out brilliantly.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in der Perle Oristano

Pro: Sehr gute Lage! Terrasse ist perfekt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und professionell.

Contro: nichts

Wunderschön in Oristano

Pro: Lage mitten in der Altstadt und doch ziemlich ruhig. Schöne Dachterrasse. Wir waren am Abend im Restaurant „craf di bananas“ gleich um die Ecke wirklich sehr gutes Essen. Am Strand „is arutas“ war es super schön, 11 km mit dem Auto.

Contro: Auf der Dachterrasse wären gemütlichere Möbel schön und eine Beleuchtung

guter Ort weg vom mainstream auf Sardinien um schöne Strände zu besuchen oder einen Segelausflug zu machen

Pro: Terasse roof top gut für einen drink oder auch zum Trocknen der Wäsche - sehr nette und gute Betreuung durch Davide

Contro: Schlafzimmer unten hat keine eigene Klimaanlage sondern nur die gemeinsam vom Wohnzimmer/Küche
