Per chi desidera restare in centro a Cagliari e muoversi senz'auto.

Pro: Posizione centralissima, come desideravamo. Vicina alla stazione ferroviaria che si raggiunge benissimo dall'aeroporto. Perfetta per chi desidera visitare (a piedi) il centro di Cagliari. E per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia del Poetto è bastato un mezzo pubblico. Camera gestita da agenzia, posta al primo piano di un palazzo antico, raggiungibile anche con ascensore (ma qualche gradino va fatto comunque), arredata bene, con gusto tipico. Pulita.

Contro: La gestione tramite agenzia non rende possibile il contatto con i proprietari. Magari a qualcuno piace così, ma secondo noi si perde un pò di contatto umano. Per vitto e colazione occorre prestare attenzione. La zona è ad alto tasso turistico ed i prezzi sono lievitati un pò ovunque.

Pro: Palazzo antico molto bello. Letto comodo. Zona centralissima.

Contro: Cuscino troppo alto.

Pro: La stanza e la struttura molto belle, situate in un palazzo storico di Cagliari, in ottima posizione.

Contro: Purtroppo non è specificato in fase di prenotazione, ma solo mentre si effettua il check in online, che bisogna lasciare una cauzione di 100€ per eventuali danni. Questo per alcuni potrebbe essere un problema, magari meglio specificarlo, in modo tale che si sappia prima della prenotazione, così da potersi organizzare

Beautiful room, brilliant location

Pro: Very conveniently located in the Marina district. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable and was furnished with historic charm

Contro: The street outside could be noisy in the evenings

Pro: The location is close to everything, so everything is on walk distance. We parked our car next to the train station, where there is a big paid paking. TIP. If you get by car, be careful because the location is close to the ZTL area and you might get a fine if you get to the wrong place at the wrong time.

Pro: The hotel is beautiful, with a very spacious room and a lovely view of the street, marina, and a historic building that really made my Italian holiday special. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond

Contro: The only downside for me was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in at 3 PM felt too late, especially since we arrived early in the morning, and check-out at 10 AM is a bit early as well. It didn’t leave much time to enjoy breakfast calmly and pack at a slower pace, which is important when traveling

Pro: We liked the communication and always quick responses if any questions. We also loved full size fridge ,washing machine ,cleanliness ,comfortable bed and location.

Parfait!!!

Pro: L'emplacement est parfait. Parking à proximité du logement, restaurants tout autour. Tout peut se faire à pied très facilement. Le lit est confortable et le logement très propre. Le personnel est très accessible et réactif par message pour tous conseils.
