Very nice flat, but booking and organisation is stressfull. Once arrived, we had a happy time.

Pro: The place was optimal, in the city centre, but quiet, close the see. The flat had 5 m high walls. Everything was perfect, almost brand new or carefully maintaned. We did not use the kitchen, but everything was there. A nice dining table. The was also a lift in the second floor. Once arrived in the flat, we had a happy time in Cagliari. I have one suggestion: We had to leave at 10 on the last day. The flight departed at 7 pm. So, we had to store our baggage. We tried on the main station. There is nothing, but a cross the street there is a store with key boxes. However, filling as well as getting the baggage is so complicated, even for italians. And the boxes often have malfunctions. We already missed the flight. From that point of view, we suggest to make it possible to store the baggage in the flat or in the office of the landlord (company).

Contro: At the beginnig, I wanted to give a very bad evaluation. That was before we entered the flat. The reason is as follows: During booking at booking.com we were told to pay on arrival, but for booking we need a deposit. We chosed Paypal, because I don't have a credit card. OK. Then, ca. 1 week in advance the fee was taken from the account. OK. At that time, the deadline for cancelation was over. One day before arrival, we got a note with demanding for an online check-in. Obviously, the company saved the working hours for handing out a paper. But in that online check-in they wanted to know everything from us. A lot of personal details, which, I think, is not in agreement with EU regulations. E.g., photographs of all guests and of ID cards of all guests. However, I was afraid that I could not cancel, because I have already paid. The good think was, they it the italian way: Making strict rules, and nobody cares of. I sent photos of a tea cup instead, and that was OK. And, finally, they wanted a tourism fee (that was told us in advance, OK), but paying this was ONLY possible by credit card! As we arrived, we got a massage on a smartphone where the key was hidden and the code for a box. It took a while (after a long journey behind us!) to find, but finally we found it. We did not see a person all the time.
