Pro: Cucina attrezzata, super comoda. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Vicino alla stazione e centro. Tutto molto comodo e lo Staff gentilissimo che ci ha spiegato in dettaglio le cose più importanti. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: molto ordinata,e l’appartamento è troppo fresco le camere sono ben divisi e i mezzi,è molto accessibile per qualsiasi luogo🥰

Pro: L'appartamento è bello, spazioso e attrezzato di tutto. Non mancava assolutamente nulla. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Pro: Posizione centralissima con ristoranti, bar, market e negozi ma la casa è in una via molto tranquilla e l'appartamento affaccia sul silenzioso cortile interno. Consegna chiavi a mano al nostro arrivo da parte del proprietario che è molto gentile e disponibile.

A gem in the center of Cagliari!

Pro: Clean and spacious apartment in a very central location! We were a family of 4 and were very comfortable. The lift is also very helpful for anyone less mobile. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and you’re a stone’s throw from the main restaurants/ bars/ shopping streets. We weren’t driving and found the location perfect! Our host Andrea was also incredibly responsive and very kindly let us stay past checkout time as our flight was in the evening. Grazie Andrea!

Pro: The central location in the old city centre and close to the train station and buses is great, especially if you want to use public transport to move around. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings which partly compensates for the lack of views. The owners have been discrete and easily reachable, it was very nice that we had the flexibility to leave our luggage in the apartment the last day of our stay. Good bed mattresses, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Contro: No direct views, the elevator was not working when we visited- not a problem for us but if someone has mobility problems they need to check it out.

Pro: great apartment with a very attentive host. location is gorgeous. Thank you . we will definitely come back again.

Recomendable apto muy céntrico

Pro: El apartamento muy cómodo y super bien ubicado, cerca de plaza yenne con muchos restaurantes y bares cerca. Ademas cerca de la avenida principal para tomar bus. A solo 10 min en tren del aeropuerto. Andrea y su padre super bien organizados. Andrea nos recibio y nos dio varios consejos y respondio varias dudas sobre el lugar. Recomendable! .

Super séjour

Pro: L’appartement correspondait à nos attentes, il est très agréable, calme et bien situé. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis. Je recommande !
