Pro: Ottima posizione; l'appartamento a prima vista molto bellino, pulito e moderno con finestre ben insonorizzate, ma poi si scoprono diverse mancanze se pure sicuramente correggibili.

Contro: La più fastidiosa riguarda il letto: non si può usare un lenzuolo senza angoli su un materasso scivoloso e posizionare il piumone tra altri due lenzuoli senza copripiumino che, oltre ad essere anti-igienico, durante la notte si trasforma in una cuccia. La camera ha una finestrella affacciata su una piccionaia per cui non si può tenerla aperta per fare entrare aria e rischiare che entrino i piccioni, come anche nel bagno. Basterebbe mettere delle retine sulle finestre. C'è la macchinetta per il caffè ma le cialde in dotazione non compatibili. In altri appartamenti troviamo sempre un kit di benvenuto: caffè, thè, zucchero, sale, olio, scottex... che sicuramente fanno veramente comodo a chi deve soggiornare per pochi giorni. Sono piccolezze che potrebbero fare la differenza...

Good choice worth recommending.

Pro: Good location in the middle of historical center of the city, close to many attractions, museums, restaurants. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Apartment was clean, modern and well equiped with good air conditioning and wi-fi. Welcoming kit (with bottles of water, dishwashing soap, wiper, shampoo and soap) is a nice gesture. :) Very helpfull staff, that reacts quickly at any request. Thank you for your assistance. :)

Contro: Sofa in the living room could have been the pulled-out one, so you could comfortably sleep on it during night.

Great location, overall great little apartment, barring the damp issue.

Pro: Nice modern style, but with some original features. Felt cosy. Had everything we wanted.

Contro: There was a bit of damp in one corner leading up the stairs. It didn’t affect us massively, but after leaving we realised all of our clothes smelled extremely damp. The coffee pods, whilst appreciated, were not the correct fit for the coffee machine in the property.

Pro: Отличное расположение и интерьер квартиры. Лёгкий процесс online-checkin и коммуникации с хозяином квартиры!

Pro: L'appartement est agréable, bien situé dans le centre historique. La réactivité de Estay lors de demandes.

Contro: Les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont à compléter. Une paire de clés en plus serait utile

Pro: Appartement sympa et bien situé. Belle décoration. Et Netflix.

Contro: Manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine (tire bouchon, torchons ayant déjà été lavés, grillé pain)
