Tutto di cui hai bisogno per goderti Cagliari

Pro: Il soggiorno è stato da favola, Chiara è come la mamma, non lascia nulla al caso e vedi ovunque la sua premura e il suo amore nello svolgere l'attività di host. La posizione è bella, tranquilla, nonostante lo ZTL con qualche suggerimento (sempre di Chiara) siamo riusciti a parcheggiare comodamente. Grazie anche per le mille coccole, le specialità e gli oggetti e il materiale informativo su Cagliari e la Sardegna messi a disposizione. Consigliatissima Casa Kawaii...

Contro: Un piccolo suggerimento, non una critica, trattandosi di immobile immerso nel centro storico, dunque dove l'illuminazione naturale scarseggia, un impianto di illuminazione più efficace ed immediato (manca un centro volta essendoci una magnifica travatura a vista, ed alla cosa si è ovviato con troppi punti luce sparsi per tutto l'appartamento con cui si fa difficoltà a prendere dimestichezza in poco tempo) non guasterebbe affatto.

Pro: Raccontare in poche righe quanto ci si possa trovare bene in casa di Chiara è davvero difficile. Per la sua gentilezza e precisione, per tutto quello che lascia a disposizione degli ospiti nella casa (caffè, tè, frutta, succhi, acqua, crema solare, ecc.), per la bellezza dell'abitazione, curata nei minimi dettagli, per la posizione eccezionale della casa (a due passi dalla cattedrale, a 3 min a piedi dal bastione, a 5 min da piazza Yenne e pochi min anche dai giardini pubblici). Ci siamo sentite a nostro agio sin dal primo istante e ci è dispiaciuto tantissimo dover ripartire. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Classic Stay with the extra comforts of home

Pro: We had a excellent stay at this property Casa made sure everything went smoothly There was a lot of extra little touches that made the stay extra special from beach towels ,wine fruit and snacks This is one of the places where it is better than the photos suggests

Contro: Parking was challenging but you are in the middle of the old town 😀

Pro: Everything was perfect: from a pre-arrival pack and a warm welcome to little welcome gifts and guide books waiting for us. We felt very welcome and felt after if it was our own home. It all started with a pre-arrival guide books prepared by Chiara that included lists of shops, restaurants and places to visit. Then we got a warm in-person welcome. The fridge was full of fruit, drinks, some ham and milk, tea and coffee was ready for us and on each bed there was not only a dressing gown and a set of towels but also a welcome gift and a sweet! Beach accessories, including towels and an umbrella were ready and there were even 4kg dumbells and a yoga mat. Chiara thought about every single detail in the flat and she was the juices and the sweetest host I've ever had. Much recommended!

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at Casa Kawaii in Cagliari! Our host Chiara was incredibly welcoming and really made us feel at home. We were offered breakfast and drinks the first days. The apartment has two rooms and was perfect for staying with kids. It was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is ideal – right in the heart of the charming Castello district, near the castle. The apartment was beautifully decorated with an Italian touch, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. It really felt like staying in a true Italian home, rather than just another hotel. We highly recommend Casa Kawaii to anyone wanting to experience the real Cagliari – we’d love to come back! Pro: Exceeded expectations. Great location really well equipped. Lots of extras which makes the day very comfortable. Fantastic to have some extras for the beach.

Contro: Nothing at fault here. Everything was excellent.Worth noting that if you have mobility issues or have small kids or if you are tall the mezzanine style bedrooms may not suit however there is another spacious bedroom that's not mezzanine.

Pro: Chiara is a host taking care of all your needs being always at the disposal. Nice to have were drinks, fruits and some food for us as a gift (which is not so common).
