Perle Gemelle in Marina

Pro: La posizione centrale,la casa grande, funzionale e molto silenziosa

Contro: Le realtà di scale sono molto ripide e, con bambini piccoli o anziani, non sono pratiche. Abbiamo dovuto chiudere una stufa supplementare, perché la casa risultava un po’ fredda. Comunque il personale, ci ha accontentato rapidamente.

Pro: The apartment is spacious, with an open layout that’s great if you have a toddler – there’s plenty of room to play. The bedrooms and bathroom are also a good size and nicely arranged. The location is excellent, right in the city center and close to the bus station for visiting other parts of the city. Even with the windows open in the evening, the noise wasn’t too loud. Occasionally you can smell food from nearby restaurants, which just makes you want to go out and enjoy a meal! The hosts are kind, polite, and responsive – they met us at the agreed time in front of the apartment.

Contro: The only slightly challenging part are the steep stairs, which were difficult for our little one to walk on – we had to carry him in those areas.

Perfect stay

Pro: I had a great stay at Laura’s place! Everything was perfect – the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, close to everything I needed. Communication with Laura was quick and easy, she was always helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent!

Pro: Great communication from Laura. Matteo met us for check in early which was great and gave us a rundown on everything. Apartment was a great size and very comfortable throughout with everything needed for our stay. Location was excellent and was within short walking distance to the Train Station, many Food Outlets and attractions. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Bra läge mitt i Cagliari

Pro: Läget är det bästa Nära till buss & tågstation Rymlig lägenhet för en familj

Contro: Trappan upp till lägenheten är brant och farlig för barn. Litet kylskåp som gjorde det svårt att handla till en familj. Att inte kunna slänga soporna själv utan vara tvungen att först kontakta boendet som sen skulle hämta.

Wspaniale miejsce, godne polecenia.

Pro: Wspaniała lokalizacja w sercu Cagliari wśród klimatycznych uliczek i restauracji. Wygodny, przestronny i bardzo czysty apartament, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne. Eklektyczne wnętrza i galeria sztuki na ścianach. Wspaniały pobyt. Na parterze doskonała restauracja! Najlepsze jedzenie w Cagliari! Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Zufriedenstellend

Pro: Wirklich eine tolle zentrale Lage, alles schnell und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Wohnung war sauber und zufriedenstellend ausgestattet.

Contro: Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock nur mit steilen Treppen zu erreichen, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Ein von beiden Schlafzimmern ist ziemlich eng und dunkel, hat nur ein kleines Fenster im Luftschacht. Lüften war nicht richtig möglich, da es vom Schacht nach Gas gestunken hat. Zu erwähnen ist auch ein nicht immer angenehmer Geruch von Restaurants im Erdgeschoss.

Pro: Piso muy limpio y excelente ubicación, muy muy bonito y acogedor.

Pro: Appartement bien placé et très propre. Décors très agréable et emplacement calme, lumineux. Bien placé dans un quartier vivant et sympathique. Accueil sur what s ap très aimable et disponible.

Contro: Étage 3, difficile car marches d escalier très hautes et inégales. Pas de torchons en cuisine, et c est tout de même utile. Il manque aussi quelques petites choses en cuisine, Lits de qualité mais matelas et oreillers très durs, Il manque des lampes sur plusieurs lustres. Pas de Climatisation dans les chambres, Ce qui oblige à dormir portes de chambres ouvertes et c est insuffisant pour réguler la température... Car la climatisation est dans le couloir.

Pro: La situación estupenda,cerca de restaurantes y estación de autobuses. EL piso es grande y comodo

Contro: No hay ascensor en el edificio,al ser un tercero el subir (a la llegar)y bajar(al irnos) con las maletas fue un poco complicada.
