Very Central and cosy apartment in Cagliari
Pro: The apartment has everything we needed for our stay and it was very central (10 min walk to the train station and 30 mim by walk+bus to the beach). Restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this apartment!

Pro: Appartement impeccable, très propre et bien équipé, situé au cœur du quartier Marina. Tout est accessible à pied (restaurants, commerces, gare, port) et pourtant l’endroit reste calme. L’accueil du propriétaire a été exceptionnel : disponible, attentionné et de très bons conseils. Un séjour parfait, je recommande vivement !

Pro: Locatie van het appartement was binnen 12 min van het trein station en midden tussen de gezelligheid van de stad. De host was heel vriendelijk en was bereid informatie over de stad te verstrekken. Met twee toegangscodes kon met gemak naar binnen. Geen gedoe met sleutels. Het appt was schoon en voorzien alle voorzieningen.

Please fix your TV
Pro: Réservation easy to confirm however much insistance on providing passport or would not provide address. (Hotel already paid via Booking). Central location. Appartement was spacious and clean.
Contro: Please 🙏. Parking and television are false. The entire area is a ZTC -you cannot park there. The appartement is on the first floor, up some very steep stairs. The television did not work. I managed to fix the TV only to learn that the remote control was a universal remote incompatible with the TV. (Beware as TV fraud is rampant in Italy - you arriving and only have the TV but not channels because they don't pay. It's a pity that there was not even some basics to cook with (pepper, oil, vinegar, bowls, larger cutting board).
