Pro: La posizione è veramente ottima, super centrale. Si trova abbastanza facilmente un parcheggio gratuito a 7/8 minuti a piedi (viale La Plaia). L’appartamento è provvisto di tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda la cucina che il bagno.

Contro: Essendo una mansarda, in alcuni punti il soffitto è molto basso, ma con il tempo ci si fa l’abitudine

Pro: La mansarda è in centro e a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito. Davide è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di gestire al meglio l'arrivo e la partenza.

Relax Comodità Vicino a tutto

Pro: Proprietario cordiale, disponibile. Location centrale comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti centrali di Cagliari

Pro: Posizione eccezionale. Vicino delle stazioni di autobus e treni e della zona ristoranti, tornando il soggiorno molto comodo. È stato un viaggio veramente pratico. La stanza era bellissima e l’appartamento aveva anche una cucina bella attrezzata.

Contro: L’unico problemino è che le finestre non si aprono. Non so se per una questione di sicurezza o altro, ma le uniche due finestre apribili erano i lucernari.

Pro: The apartment is located close to the center and also close to the bus/train station which was very conven. It was clean and had everything I needed, i felt very comfortable.

Stress-free sunny vacation

Pro: The apartment was very clean and cozy and the kitchen which was fully equipped for cooking. We really appreciated the umbrella which was available to take to the beach with you and the best thing was how nice and friendly the host was, we were provided with tips on good restaurants, beaches and more. I really recommend this apartment for everyone wanting stress-free vacation.

Lovely break away in Cagliari

Pro: - good wifi - great location - Davide is one of the most responsive hosts and was genuinely so helpful

Contro: - needed more storage space for food given we cooked their a lot

Pro: Läget på boendet är fantastiskt. Trots att det ligger mitt i Marina-området är det tyst och lugnt i lägenheten. Trevlig värd och en hel liten lägenhet till ett bra pris.

Pro: Le logement est très propre. On entend pas le bruit de la rue. Il est bien placé dans le centre historique. La disponibilité du loueur.

Ongecompliceerd en gastvrij

Pro: Locatie was ideaal, in de oude stad, vlakbij bus en trein. In het appartement was alles aanwezig, leuk ingericht, al ontbrak het aan een comfortabele stoel. De verlichting was alles aan of alles uit. Een lees- of schemerlamp zou fijn zijn geweest. Er was gelukkig airco, maar deze kwam in de woonkamer capaciteit te kort. Maar je went ook aan de warmte na een paar dagen. In de douchcabine zou een houder praktisch geweest zijn. Maar goed, we hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad. Met een klein supermarktje tegenover om 's ochtends broodjes te halen en restaurantjes te kust en te keur. Kortom, een aanrader, met dank aan Davide, die het ons zoveel mogelijk naar de zin wilde maken!

Contro: Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van bed en slaapbank. Extra beddegoed was handig geweest. Net als halverwege de week schone handdoeken.
