Pro: La struttura c’ha dei particolari storici sui muri e le travi vintage c’hanno un tocco di stile che si distingue da tanti altri bnb. Molto carino come appartamento

Contro: Tutto sommato per essere una struttura di una certa età era accogliente e molto centrale perciò niente di negativo per quanto riguardano i nostri standard

Perfetto

Pro: Appartamento perfetto, posizione centrale perfetta, servizi perfetti e contatto con il personale perfetto. Consigliatissimo

Contro: Se devo trovare un difetto purtroppo il parcheggio più comodo e a 10 minuti a piedi ed è un po' caro ma per l'appartamento ne vale la pena

Amazing stay in the center of Cagliari

Pro: The place is extremely convenient because very well located and very well equipped. The terrasse is also quite nice to enjoy the evenings. Manuela and Luca are charming hosts, and reply super quickly to any questions we had.

Contro: Beds were not the most confortable

Pro: Location was great close to everything you need on holidays, restaurants, mini market, deli, fruit and veggies and attractions. The accommodation was fantastic everything you need to be comfortable. The host is lovely and contactable when needed. The balcony is gorgeous lovely for breakfast and a drink. The marina area is vibrant and alive but we weren’t disturbed by noise. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Contro: The stairs with luggage but it’s Italy and you just have to suck it up. Not really a downer. 🤣

Pro: We had a rest with the whole family, stayed in these apartments and we liked everything very much, the apartment has everything you need for a good rest. I really liked the interior, every detail is thought out, we will definitely come back! Thank you Manuela and Luca!

Wonderful accommodation in old Cagliari.

A great place to stay, we're very happy and would definitely recommend it!

Pro: The apartment is located in the busy marina district, making it very easy to get to attractions, and with plenty of bars/shops/restaurants. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. The apartment is well supplied with towels etc, has a good kitchen, air con, and a nice shower. The terrace is a lovely extra.

Contro: For us personally we found the street noise went on quite late. If you are a light sleeper and/or go to bed early, it might be a good idea to bring ear plugs. But if you're out enjoying the night it's really not an issue, and then the location is a huge bonus!

Heimelig und mitten in der Stadt.

Pro: Die Lage ist exzellent, mitten in der Altstadt und umgeben von sehr guten Restaurants. Es gibt in der Nähe einige Bushaltestellen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmaschine) und die Gastgeberin sehr, sehr freundlich.

Contro: Die Treppe in die Wohnung ist etwas steil, aber in einem Altstadthaus ist das nicht anders machbar. Die direkte Zufahrt mit dem Taxi ist etwas kompliziert, da am Nachmittag in der Strasse Terrassen der Restaurants aufgestellt werden.

Pro: Lokalizacja w samym centrum Bliskość restauracji sklepów i kawiarni Pociąg i autobus pare minut pieszo.

Contro: Brak kieliszków do wina Okna z jednej sypialni wychodziły na wewnętrzny korytarz i schody.
