Pro: Posizione fantastica e suggestiva nel cuore del quartiere Castello. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben arredato. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per consigli e spiegazioni riguardanti la città e la casa. Senza dubbio mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento per godersi appieno la città di Cagliari e quello che ha da offrire.

Nice studio as in time of my studies

Pro: I came back to my study times. It is a sort of student studio well equipped with everything you need, small kitchen and separate bedroom. Street is very quiet and you can sleep with opened windows. Everything you need as a visitor is close.

Perfect Flat, perfect location

Pro: Everything was more than perfect! Giorgio was super helpful from the beginning, attentive in every question or doubt that I had (responding super fast by the way!). The house is a dream, super cozy, you feel like your own home. I had a lovely experience staying there, everything was awesome :)

Pro: Das Apartment war super authentisch und die Lage einfach bestens, mitten am Eingang des Castello-Viertels.

Schönes kleines Apartment im Zentrum mit etwas dünnen Wänden.

Pro: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah zum Stadtzentrum, sodass man nie lange zu Fuß irgendwo hin gebraucht hat. Man kann für 1,30€ die Fahrt mit dem Bus zum Strand (Tickets lassen sich ganz leicht per App buchen). Der Self Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Die Kommunikation mit Giorgio war auch stets angenehm und sehr hilfreich! Die Einrichtung ist süß und hat so gut wie alles was man braucht. Das einzige was fehlte war vielleicht Küchenpapier.

Contro: Der Hauptweg aus der Stadt zur Unterkunft ist über eine steile Treppe und 2 steile Berge zu erreichen. Der Zug hält unten in der Stadt, sodass man mit dem Koffer 15 Min zu Fuß hochlaufen müsste. Das Bett ist leider etwas unbequem und die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man hört alles von nebenan, aus dem Treppenhaus und vor dem Haus. Für mich war es störend, daher musste ich mir aus der Apotheke Ohrstöpsel besorgen. Ansonsten gibt es nicht zu bemängeln. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug den man mit dem Schlüssel verwenden kann.
