The beauty of the historic center.

Pro: We were greeted well by the host despite our inability to confirm arrival time. The apartment is super cute and attention to detail has been given. Bed is super comfortable and the sheets are soft. Bathroom very nice with everything you need . Place it pitch dark when closed off so you can sleep longer and so many lamps and lighting if you prefer it bright. I'm sad we didn't get to cook and enjoy the kitchen/dining area more.

Appartement magnifique et bien situé mais problèmes d'aération et climatisation

Pro: L'appartement est magnifique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé et avec tout le confort moderne (douche à l'italienne, smart TV, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle...). Il est idéalement situé, en plein dans le quartier du Castello (ce qui vous obligera toutefois à monter une pente très raide lorsque vous rentrerez après une visite de la ville !).

Contro: L'appartement ne dispose pas de fenêtres à proprement parler ; il s'agit de vitres présentes sur la porte d'entrée elle-même ; l'appartement étant au rez-de-chaussée et tout en longueur, si vous les ouvrez pour avoir un peu d'air, les passants (assez nombreux) ont une vue intégrale sur l'appartement ; ce qui vous conduit assez logiquement à ne pas les ouvrir. Il y a certes un système de renouvellement de l'air, mais il est bruyant (difficile de faire une grasse matinée !). Lors de notre séjour, en outre, la climatisation faisait un bruit affreux et, pour cette raison, nous l'avons peu utilisée - et donc eu chaud. Enfin, j'ai trouvé que l'écriteau présent dans la salle de bain précisant que plusieurs dizaines d'euros seraient facturés en présence de la moindre tâche sur une serviette (entre autres choses) envoyait un message plutôt déplorable.

Pro: La atención de la anfitriona fue excelente. El apartamento era increible y estaba muy bien ubicado pese a tener que subir alguna cuesta que se hacia bastante corta. Contaba con todo lo necesario y mas en el baño y el aire acondicionado en pleno verano era lo mejor del dia. Volveria sin duda.

Idealne na weekendowy wypad z przyjaciółką!

Pro: Apartament w starej części miasta w klimatycznej kamienicy, bardzo pięknie i funkcjonalnie urządzone. Nie ma okien, ich funkcję pełnią drzwi wejściowe (zamykane okiennice). Mimo tego jest jasno. Otwarte okiennice sprawiają, że słyszymy odgłosy z pobliskich domów i tego co się dzieje na ulicy (jak to we Włoszech!), przechodzący turyści zaglądają do wnętrza i ... zachwycają się, zagadują - iście wakacyjny klimat! Natomiast jeśli chcemy odgrodzić się od tego, wystarczy zamknąć okiennice i już: jest idealnie cicho. Właścicielka Noemi bardzo sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta, miła, pomocna, komunikatywna (j. angielski). Polecam szczerze i z całego serca. Noemi, best regards.

Pro: Arc home is in a great location. No need to rent a car, you can walk to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, lovely host with all necessary amenities.

Pro: The location of the property was perfectly nestled into the heart of Cagliari. Everything you wanted to see in the city was 10 minutes or less of a walk in each direction. our host was very personable and patient each time we spoke. She even had a list of recommended places to eat and visit and pointed out key locations of interest with a map.

Contro: The bathroom wasn’t easily ventilated.
