In riva al mare

Pro: La casa è in una posizione favolosa di fronte al mare ed è confortevole, pulita e curata. A disposizione anche 2 bici che abbiamo utilizzato per spostarci lungo la lunga pista ciclabile del Poetto. Ci hanno colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Se potessi dare un voto più alto di 10 lo farei! Grazie per questa bellissima vacanza

Pro: La Signora Maria è gentilissima, disponibile e discreta. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Tutti gli anni che andremo al Poetto speriamo sempre di tornare da lei.

Amazing property, amazing location and the best host you could wish for.

Pro: Property was perfect and the location was amazing for a beach holiday. Maria left us everything that you could need including sun loungers, an umbrella and beach towels. Maria is the most caring host that you could wish for despite her not speaking our language! Amazing place to stay few a few days away on the beach!

Our dream location in Cagliari.

Pro: The host, Maria, is very nice. She even gave my kids Easter chocolate eggs. The property is located in a great place, Poetto. 5 minutes walk to the shop, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, 1 minute walk to the beach. Poetto is like a peninsula, on one side you have the sea and the beach (and a great route for a walk, jogging, or cycling) and on the other - salinas with flamingoes. You go through the property's gate, and you see the hill, La Sella del Diavolo. The bus costs 1.30 Eur for 90 minutes, you can use it go to the historical centre of Cagliari, or the place to watch flamingoes etc. For 2.60 Eur you can come to the property from the airport by train and bus PF or PQ. The property has everything we needed, both for adults and small kids.

Highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Pro: The location is perfect. There is plenty of space. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We stayed for 10 nights. Maria left us plenty of towels, including beach towels and she lent me her iron. There is a TV with Netflix. The little garden is lovely for breakfast as it gets the morning sunshine. The bicycles were so useful. There is a fabulous flat (6+ km each way) cycle lane directly outside the gate making cycling a pleasure and very safe. The road is for walkers, joggers, roller skaters and cyclists. The beach is beautiful with sparkling clear water. The supermarket just three short blocks away stocked everything we needed. The hike up the Sello del diavolo is close by and a gorgeous walk. There are a few restaurants very close by and others a walkable distance away. Maria was always helpful and available if we needed her for anything.

Contro: Unlocking the door is a little tricky, but we got Maria to demonstrate and we got the hang of it.

Pro: The apartment is very clean, with a great patio and exceptional location. Our host Maria was a really lovely and warm lady who helped us on every step if we needed any assistance.

Pro: Zostaliśmy na tydzień. Łatwo trafić z lotniska, pociągiem i autobusem - 20/30 minut max. Przystanki są blisko, tak samo sklep, a o plaży, która jest 20 metrów od mieszkania nie wspomnę. Maria to bardzo dobra gospodyni - bezproblemowa i bardzo pomocna. Polecam każdemu, kto się wybiera w te okolice.

Pro: Дуже хороші апартаменти, повністю обладнана кухня, тиха спальня із зручним ліжком, велика ванна кімната, душ надворі також, надзвичайно привітна хазяйка Марія, все було чудово, пляж 20 метрів поруч, постараємось приїхати сюди знову .

Alles Top

Pro: Alles, Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin sich wirklich Gedanken macht. Es waren viele Grund-Dinge wie Mülltüten etc. vorhanden und es stand sogar ein Stuhl vor dem Babybett. Das gibt es sonst selten und hat sehr geholfen, da man ja tatsächlich nicht einfach das Kind ins Bett legt und geht sondern i.d.R. noch daneben sitzt und vorliest etc. Auch die Dusche im Garten und eigentlich alles war top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! :)
