Pro: Camera grande e pulita. Terrazza grandissima con vista eccezionale. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Il proprietario è gentilissimo! Era tutto perfetto!!

Pro: Very nice apartment with a stunning view from the terrace and a few steps to the beach. Great location for walks and morning runs. We enjoyed our stay there.

Best choice of accommodation at Poetto Beach

Pro: We stayed at the accommodation for 7 nights, and everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to prepare small lunches or dinners. Mariana provided a generous breakfast each morning. She went out of her way to accommodate my gluten sensitivity, leaving gluten-free delicacies for me—special thanks to her for that! The beach is just a few steps away, and Mariana and Gianni also provided us with an umbrella and sunbed. If you're planning a city trip, the bus stop is only a few hundred meters from the apartment, with regular buses to and from the city. If you're torn between a hotel and an apartment, don't hesitate—this place is a thousand times better. I highly recommend it, and if possible, we will definitely return!

Best view!

Pro: The view is immaculate. You have access to the roof so you can see both sunrise and sunset. The access to the beach is really good as well and the hosts are very helpful. Gianni and Mariana are very gracious hosts. They also recommended us a boat tour. The breakfast/food provided were more than enough for our stay. We consider stayong again in case we drop by Cagliari again!

Contro: Nothing much not to comment! The property would be perfect for long stays if it has a washing machine for clothes but Gianni took care of this for us, which we apprecite so much.

The best Poetto apartment!

Pro: This is simply sensational apartment. Amazing view from the huge terrace over Poetto beach. Generous living space, functional kitchen, very comfortable toilet area. Owner provides breakfast, which helps. Beach is just accross the street where you get loungers and umbrella as part of your stay, and even more, a parking lot! The owner is absolutelly amazing - always there to help and explain, goes way beyond regular expectations. This is truly amazing experience, super highly recommended!

Relax and perfect seaview

Pro: Gianni was the perfect host. Terras was magnificent. Thx for the free parkingspot and the sunbeds at the beach!

Perfect

Pro: This is the most magical apartment. Everything you need, at a great standard. One minute walk from the beach, and a few minutes to some decent restaurants and supermarket. Town is 10 minutes away on the bus, filled with endless amounts of amazing restaurants and attractions. The balcony is the main event. Views across the whole of the beach, sea and mountains. Sunrise and breakfast on the balcony every morning. Most days we preferred to come back for lunch from the beach to eat here, and a couple of evenings we ordered in because there’s not a better view. Gianni and Marianna couldn’t do enough for us and we’re always around whenever we needed assistance or advice. We will be back :)
