Soggiorno stupendo trascorso in questo meraviglioso appartamento che ha reso la mia esperienza a Cagliari unica

Pro: Nella struttura era tutto perfetto arredata con buon gusto e stile , molto apprezzato anche jl balacone e il posto auto privato infine la disponibilità e la professionalità di Massimo veramente speciale che mi ha fatto sentire come a casa con un accoglienza veramente unica .

Pro: Appartamento veramente bello ed accogliente,posizionato al centro di Cagliari e con il parcheggio interno. L'appartamento era pulitissimo ed il gusto sulla scelta degli arredi e di tutto quello che troviamo all'interno sono di ottima qualità. Massimo ( l'host ) è stato una persona veramente educata e disponibile, la bottiglia ed i dolci sardi sono stati graditi... veramente un bel pensiero...fa' capire l'ospitalità vera della Sardegna. Comfort, location, and hospitality all in one — truly the ideal Sardinian stay.

Pro: I can’t say enough good things about our stay — and about our incredible host, Massimo. Within minutes of booking, he reached out with a warm, welcoming message and met us at the door upon arrival. He even showed us where to park and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. To our delight, he had prepared a thoughtful welcome gift with wine, beer, and a charcuterie platter — such a wonderful touch! The apartment itself was perfect: modern, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was the only place during our seven-week trip in Sardinia that included both a washer and dryer — a huge plus for longer stays. The location couldn’t have been better, just one block off the main street, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. With two large-screen TVs, great amenities, and such genuine hospitality, this stay exceeded all expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

A place and a host to be highly recommended.

Pro: Our attentive host provided a wonderful and detailed introduction to our apartment and included an antipasto tray, wine and beer as part of his welcome. The apartment could not have been better located, close enough to all the cafes and restaurants and sights of Cagliari but was always a quiet haven at the end of our travels. We loved the layout and the style of the place. Massimo was thoughtful throughout and helped to make this a memorable holiday.

Pro: Unbelievabley fantastic location with safe on-site parking, 2 minutes walk to main restaurant strip and night life. Modern, sleek, spotlessly clean, full facilities. And the most welcoming host you could ask for, full of information and recommendations. The amazing welcome package was totally unexpected and delicious. I cannot recommend this property and especially Massimo highly enough.

Fijn appartement in Cagliari!

Pro: The apartment is very central in the city. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are a lot of restaurants close to it and a supermarket on walking distance. The first few days we walked to the bus to go to the beach, later we rented a car - it was amazing that there was a parking spot with the apartment. It was great to come back to this apartment after a day at the beach. The balcony is nice and big. Massimo - our host was really welcoming and so kind. He gave us plenty of tips on where to go and what to do. Great experience!

Contro: The bed was a bit on the smaller side, but perfect for a vacation.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and located right in the heart of the city, which made getting around super convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, even for remote work, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – a real plus during the warmer days. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise – a selection of local sweets and local wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Pro: Great apartment in the very center of the city. 3 min walk from cafes, restaurants, shops. comfortably furnished, new and modern interior. here is everything you need for cooking. plus there is a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. Mr. Murru is very helpful and responsive. great welcome with antipasti and wine. excellent attitude.

A wonderful place to stay in Cagliari

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at Massimo's apartment - everything was perfect from start to finish. Massimo personally welcomed us at the property, and we felt at home right away. The apartment is ideally located in the city centre of Cagliari, on a quiet street near the Old Square and the Marina area. The flat is modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is definitely the beautiful terrace - a perfect spot to relax. Upon our arrival, Massimo surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift, including delicious Sardinian sweets and local wine. I would absolutely return to this place the next time I'm in Cagliari!
