Vacanze Sarde
Pro: Ottimo appartamento per trascorrere vacanze nel sud Sardegna e raggiungere le spiagge più belle sia dal lato di Pula che di Villasimius e a soli 10 min da Cagliari...il proprietario super gentilissimo sin dal primo momento che ho prenotato dandoci tutti i consigli e rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi cosa,anche durante il nostro soggiorno indicandoci spiagge fantastiche,bar per colazioni e locali per cenare, posso dirvi che se avete intenzione di passare da queste zone contattate Manuel una persona Fantastica!!!
Contro: Tutto perfetto non è mancato nulla anzi c'era piu del dovuto

Pro: Consigliato vivamente, comodo alloggio per la vicinanza a Cagliari, e altrettanto comodo per punto base di partenza verso tutte le mete del sud Sardegna, data la sua posizione centrale. Alloggio fornito di tutto, gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario sempre presenti. Tutto molto pulito e nuovo, con molti confort. Sueprmercato attaccato a casa, posto macchina nel cortile chiuso, lungo balcone per relax, televisioni nelle camere. Bravo Manuel ottima esperienza.

Pro: Ottima accoglienza da parte di Manuel, appartamento impecabile, pulito con tutti i comfort necessari. La zona é molto tranquilla e anche la possibilità del parcheggio interno non é da sottovalutare. Consigliamo vivamente

Pro: Very convenient, you can have whatever you need in this beautiful apartment. The owner is such a nice person, so kind and helpful. He could speak very good English, no communication problem between us. We like the spacious balcony, I always take a coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening there , so relaxing!

Alojamiento fantástico
Pro: En primer lugar Manuel fue un encanto de persona y muy detallista. El apartamento realmente es tal cual las fotos, es bonito, con todas las comodidades, si cocinas como nosotras tiene de todo, lo cual es una ventaja enorme. Está a 10 min del aeropuerto y a no llega 20 de Cagliari. En una zona muy tranquila, se crea mucha paz en el alojamiento que tras un día intenso de playa es lo que más agradeces. Volvería sin ninguna duda! Gracias Manuel por tener tan cuidado tu apartamento y por haber podido disfrutar de él.

Pro: Современная, уютная и очень чистая квартира для 4 человек. В ней есть абсолютно всё для комфортного пребывания. Вся необходимая бытовая техника, включая стиральную и сушильную машины, а также полностью оборудованная кухня. Красиво обставленные и удобные комнаты и большой балкон. В гостиной есть телевизор с подключением к Netflix. В квартире имеются различные красивые и стильные детали, которые придают особый уют и настроение. Видно, что о качестве и состоянии жилья очень заботятся, всё также было очень чистым. Также нет проблем в парковкой, у квартиры есть личное парковочное место, а внутренний двор запирается. Хозяин был приятным в общении и всегда был на связи. Также он оставил нам сладости и напитки, в качестве презента при заселении. Мы остались очень довольны всем здесь.

Pro: We hebben een super tijd gehad in Assemini. Vanaf de airport is het slechts 10 minuutjes rijden, ideaal. Het appartement was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Manuel was super behulpzaam, reageert snel en een uitstekende host en gids. Aan alle details was gedacht. In het huis vind je veel informatie over de omgeving. Met de auto ben je zo in Cagliari en zit je op de perfecte plek om naar de mooiste baaitjes te rijden. Wij hebben erg genoten en kunnen dit iedereen aanbevelen, nogmaals dank!

Pro: Appartement fabuleux digne d'un 5 étoiles, tout le confort énormément d'attention.... Manuel est merveilleux comme hôte, réactif, toujours disponible pour vous aider ou pour vous conseiller sur les plages, les restaurants et bien d'autres... Le meilleur Appartement que j'ai loué depuis bien longtemps. Juste incroyable

Charming Apartment
Pro: Great apartment to stay with the family, fully equipped with everything you need and more. Great design. The host, Manuel, is extremely courteous and ready to help. Nice location a few feet away from a grocery store. Cagliari City center is about a 20 min drive. You can feel the love and passion Manuel and his wife put into making your stay perfect.
