Couldn’t recommend it enough, value for money is exceptional.
Pro: The owners were very responsive and helpful. The garden area with the pool and lounge chairs were brilliant and the apartment itself had everything we needed. Even though the owners live above they are very discreet and you basically have the garden and pool area to yourself. It is also a 15 minute drive to Cagliari airport.
Contro: No complaints at all about the property itself, what I will note though is that the town itself doesn’t have too much to do in regards restaurants/bars/cafes etc, it’s a very quiet town but that may suit some people. Cagliari city can be reached within 20 minutes though so it’s not a big deal.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would consider returning and will recommend to friends and colleagues.
Pro: Not in tourist area so authentic Sardinian experience. Plenty of cafes and bars and pizzerias. Clean and spacious apartment with air conditioning and private pool. Owner friendly and helpful. Well maintained property with excellent facilities. Manageable without a rental car with good train and bus services. Nearby local supermarkets.
Contro: Address incorrect on booking.com. Minor snags with light bulbs not working, no kettle but am sure owners would have supplied one if asked but didn’t want to put them to the bother!

Pro: Zelo lep apartma, čisto. Velika kuhinja z pomivalnim strojem, mikrovalovno, pečico. Velika kopalnica z brisačami. Na balkonu tudi pralni stroj. Lastniko zelo prijazni in pripravljeni odgovoriti na naša vprašanja.
Contro: Da bazen ni ogrevan ter kakšno boljšo ponev v apartmaju.

Veldig fin leilighet med gode fasiliteter inne og ute, godt utstyrt og tilgang til basseng:
Pro: Pen leilighet, passet veldig bra til vår familie på fem. Gode fasiliteter i og utenfor leiligheten. Spesielt å ha basseng på eiendommen var veldig bra.
Contro: Ingenting. Det kunne riktignok vært spesifisert at bassenget deles av to boenheter.

Pro: Appartement bien équipé. Literie confortable. Belle piscine. Calme. Cuisine extérieur. Propriétaire au-dessus de l'appartement mais très discrets. Facile pour garer la voiture dans la rue. Proximité des supermarchés. Bien situé pour découvrir le sud de la Sardaigne.
Contro: Manque un peu de vaisselle.

Pro: Pool, Grill, Aussenküche nutzbar, Sauberkeit. Tiefkühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen doch vorhanden. Restaurant gegenüber (ca. 150 Meter), gute Zuganbindung nach Cagliari.
Contro: Balkonmöbel wären schön

Pro: Très bon emplacement à quelques minutes de l'aéroport et des commerces de proximité. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Vous ne manquerez de rien ! L' hôte est très sympathique, disponible et à votre écoute.
Contro: Rien ! Faudrait juste des verres à pied pour le vin ! ☺️

Pro: La casa y el jardín con la piscina impresionante. Silvia, la dueña muy amable y atenta con nosotros. Toda la casa y el jardín impolutos y con detalles que hace el sitio muy acogedor. El ambiente tranquilo y relajante tanto para parejas como para familias con niños. Me encantó.
