Great place, would definitely stay again.

Pro: Alex was an amazing host! We had great communication, and he had some fantastic suggestions. Alex was super friendly, kind, helpful, and even arranged a boat excursion for us! The location was perfect - it was a close walk to town and the marina and there was delicious food in town. There were good local hikes, several nice beaches, and cute towns nearby. The house was right on the beach and had a large and well equipped kitchen and living room area with comfortable seats and a couch, and the 3 bedrooms were large with good storage space. The yard was large, private, and beautiful, and had two separate seating areas. Next door was a charming cafe/bar that served a delightful morning cappuccino and pastry. In the evenings, it transformed into a cozy spot for an aperitivo. The convenience of the cafe was unmatched, yet its presence remained unnoticed due to the absence of any noise it might have generated.

Contro: My only suggestions, yet minor, to make the stay even better (since you said you just acquired the property and are still working to improve it): - A foam topper would make the bed super comfy. - It would be great to provide a few kitchen towels and beach towels. - It would be helpful to included washer and dryer instructions in the laundry room. - And finally, it would be awesome to have a written house manual in addition to the wonderful online manual.
