Villa Ludi

Come a casa, ma in Sardegna!

Pro: Della struttura e del luogo ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto: è una vera villina e non un bungalow, offre molta privacy ed ha tutto ad eccezione della lavastoviglie e tutto incluso nel prezzo! Ha un patio ed un giardino con posto auto e bbq (anzi è un vero forno da pizza in muratura!) L'host Marco è in una parola squisito, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta di informazioni con suggerimenti molto utili sul luogo. La spiaggia è probabilmente la migliore dell'isoletta e si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti; offre numerosi servizi ed il mare è stupendo.

Contro: Non ci è piaciuta la mancanza di qualsiasi negozio in Maladroxia, il punto vendita più vicino è a 7 km a S.Antioco. Un po' scomodo. L'acqua del mare è bella freddina e a detta del nostro host non è che in agosto si scaldi più di tanto 😊

Pro: We chose Villa Ludi because of its seclusion. The cottage was very comfortable and functionally divided - bedrooms upstairs, kitchen, terrace and garden downstairs. We liked the small fenced garden where our dogs could play, as well as the outdoor shower and large shaded terrace. It was a 5-minute walk to the local beach with azure water. To designated trails for hiking and MTB trips also 5 minutes. Nearby in the south of the island, 5-10 minutes by car we found beautiful small beaches, where we were often alone, but this is certainly due to the timing (late May, early June). Other than that, we found everything we were looking for, i.e. delicious coffee, food (seafood, cheeses, cured meats) and great cycling (especially MTB) windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingfoil. The owners Marco and his wife very helpful and friendly. We are coming back soon.

Pro: Maison très confortable cuisine bien équipée (plaques au gaz et four à micro-ondes) Salle à manger - cuisine au rdc 2 chambres à l'étage dont l'une avec un balcon terrasse Salle de douche avec toilettes au rdc et à l'étage, très pratique Jardin ombragé tout en longueur devant la maison avec arbres La voiture se gare devant la maison, sécurisée par un portail Propriétaires très sympathiques et réactifs lorsqu'on les contacte Plage de Maladroxia accessible en 7 min à pied Supermarchés à Sant Antioco à 10 min en voiture

Bon emplacement pour visiter l’île.

Pro: Maison avec un grand jardin. Sur deux niveaux. Emplacement assez central sur l’île de San Antioco, parking juste à côté de la maison.

Contro: Éclairage un peu brutal dans la salle à manger.

Pro: rien a redire . tres calme bien equipé .petites attentions tres agréables.

Contro: on peut guere faire mieux
