Pro: La casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente e bene, vicinissima alla spiaggia di Su Giudeu, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Il giardino è grande e comodo, perfetto per il relax. I proprietari sono accoglienti e molto attenti.

Pro: A very nice and private house with a spacious garden. The house was spotless and well equipped, with everything we needed. The location is excellent—close to several beautiful beaches. The host was extremely welcoming.

Pro: The house has been recently renovated, with modern and functional furniture, comfortable beds and a fully furnished kitchen. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi working very well. Very nice garden, that unfortunately we couldn't enjoy much because of the heat but in spring and autumn it must be wonderful, especially because the place is very quiet, even if close to the main road. The wonderful Su Giudeu beach is at 15 mn walk, the sea is a paradise on earth (as in the rest of Sardinia..) Supermarkets around the area are a bit small and expensive, but in Pula everything can be found. In addition, local people sell excellent vegetables and fruits along the way to the beach or along the main road. Very good also the cleaning service once a week with change of towels and bed sheets. The couple managing the estate is extremely nice and helpful and can support with everything needed. In summary, a great time in Su Giudeu! We'll be back!

Contro: We are a family cooking a lot, and we were missing some additional pans (there is only one and not in good conditions..) and bowls for salad , pasta etc.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Pro: Super Lage zum Meer, großes Grundstück, keine direkten Nachbarn

Contro: Es sind keine 100 qm Wohnfläche wie beschrieben, dafür waren die überdachte Terrasse und freie Fläche großzügig. Kleines Bad - kaum Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Pro: Die Lage war TOP! Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand (zu Fuss). Gute Ausstattung, grosser Garten, sehr ruhig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit.

Pro: Die Lage und der große Garten sind außergewöhnlich. Die Villa ist absolut ruhig und mitten in der Natur gelegen. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand Su Giudeu ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und sehr herzlich.

Pro: La maison est nouvelle , propre ,bien équipée et située à 5 minutes à pied des plus belles plages de Sardaigne . Giampaolo ( l’hôte) se fera un plaisir d’être à votre service tout au long de votre séjour. Après plusieurs locations de maisons de vacances je vous recommande cette location !
